I called the corporate offices they weren't able to get ahold of the store manager because they were out of the country and I was told I'd be getting a phone call back from the district manager when they were able to find someone to open the storage units. I never got a phone call. Myself and others waited inside the compound but no one ever came to unlock the doors to access the units inside. I never got a phone call from anyone at extra space. Others waited there as well with their rented U-Hauls to remove items from their units and we couldn't even access the facilities during business hours that we pay for. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. Will be moving my storage items to another storage company just as soon as I can.

All of the units are ground level and we chose a unit close to the front. We were storing household items so it was important that the unit was climate controlled. They also offer non climate controlled units and have several sizes to choose from. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Their prices are competitive. In addition to providing storage they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer. We rented a small truck from them twice for a few hours. We we quoted reasonable price and the convenience was helpful.
