It was confusing on which way to line up so 2 lines had started. Thankfully, my name was called out while I was in one of the lines so I skipped ahead. Ricky assisted me from start to finish and was very pleasant to work with. He said it would take 2 hours and it did. When I returned just under 2 hours, I was offered a seat by the lady that was working which was very nice of her. I could tell she was efficient at her job and was very professional with everyone. Since then i have seen some huge increases in price. in April of 2025 i was paying what i consider a reasonable rate. since then I had an increase of $60 in May of 2025 and i just got another increase of $77, in less than one year my rate has increased by $130. I have never had a storage facility increase my rates this much. My last facility i was in for 13 years and i think my rate may have gone up $100 total over that 13 years.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.
