Ricky assisted me from start to finish and was very pleasant to work with. He said it would take 2 hours and it did. When I returned just under 2 hours, I was offered a seat by the lady that was working which was very nice of her. I could tell she was efficient at her job and was very professional with everyone. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.
