When I went up there she locked me out of the office. I sat in the car while trying to reach the corporate office. No luck you can't even talk to anyone. No refunds, I came there to put the lock back on the storage unit and wasn't allowed in. So she called the police and I waited. The police told me people had been sleeping in the hallways and for the longest time the gate was broken. They breached their contract for no security but let's go after the senior citizen after being ripped off for a scrappy storage establishment. Don't say I haven't warned you. Stay away!!
