It was confusing on which way to line up so 2 lines had started. Thankfully, my name was called out while I was in one of the lines so I skipped ahead. Ricky assisted me from start to finish and was very pleasant to work with. He said it would take 2 hours and it did. When I returned just under 2 hours, I was offered a seat by the lady that was working which was very nice of her. I could tell she was efficient at her job and was very professional with everyone. My only wish is that they had an actual seating area inside or out for those that are waiting for installation services.

Since then i have seen some huge increases in price. in April of 2025 i was paying what i consider a reasonable rate. since then I had an increase of $60 in May of 2025 and i just got another increase of $77, in less than one year my rate has increased by $130. I have never had a storage facility increase my rates this much. My last facility i was in for 13 years and i think my rate may have gone up $100 total over that 13 years.

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.
