Came here for propane. Saw online that they have it. Kept my tank outside but went into the store…read moreto wait. The employee saw me and said I could wait outside by the tank. When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.

Calls to the office and District Manager were all ignored. Since I was treated so rudely on the phone by him and never given assistance. I stopped by to make my payment at the office. While approaching the building I was cut off outside the facility by a white Nissan who cut me off to enter the facility parking lot first. I don't do rode rage so I let him pass me. We both get out our cars and he runs to the door, unlocks it and as I'm also approaching door he says you gonna have to give me minute. That tone that arrogance and the sound of his voice it was David he later confirmed. I said I would like to make a payment he says well you don't look happy to see me. I said I was the one you was to on the phone with and I thought you was very rude and unprofessional. He also said " we don't take kindly to people like me around here" I may be wrong but the jackass Seems to be Hispanic as I am. My husband and I recently moved our travel trailer to this storage location and so far we have had…read morea great experience. The facility has multiple cameras, gated access and locked buildings. The last facility that we had our travel trailer at was not secure and did not seem to care about our property. This facility packs stuff in tightly and you call ahead of time to have them remove your trailer and get it set up for you, which is a nice feature. Noah helped us get set up at the facility. He was really nice and answered all of our questions without any problem. Since the staff gets your travel trailer out and set up in the staging area you are not able to access it 24/7, but that is not an issue to us. And we think the price is reasonable for storage. Rating from F to A+++, we give it an A+++.

The facility is about 35 miles away from home for us, but worth the drive. We store our RV in the covered area, which is huge, literally hundreds and hundreds of spaces, and somehow, they manage to keep it all organized. It is more expensive for the covered spaces, but in the Florida elements, it's a must. The facility provides a dump-station included in the fee and there is also a detail service available on site for a nominal fee. When it's time to pick up a 'Toy' the staff will move your vehicle out for easy pick up. There is a key-pad/lock protected area to pick up your vehicle should your schedule fall outside of normal business hours. The staff is amazingly FRIENDLY and knowledgeable about all things RV related, which we appreciate being newbies to the RV world. Safe, secure and service driven. A great place to do business.

At first I didn't think much of it, then when I got home and unloaded my mattress, there was a dead roach inside my mattress bag! I guess I should've know when my unit wasn't that clean when I moved in... Secondly, I got stuck inside an elevator for over 30 minutes. I noticed the expired certification so that's probably the culprit . Management seemed hesitant to call for help (I was told to press the button as if I hadn't tried that several times), and weren't super concerned about my well-being. Offered no remedy for the inconvenience. The whole thing was pretty annoying. Luckily I was moving out, but sheesh... It appeared to be a nice, clean place, but sadly this wasn't my experience. I'm hoping they improve these matters because it is set up with enough potential to be way better.
