While it was convenient, it was by far more expensive than any other place in town or what we have paid in the past. The daily rate was so much we just paid for a whole month, even though we only needed 10 days, because it ended up being cheaper at the end. However it was convenient for us to go and get anything we needed to our camper and you get an access card to go in and out whenever you need. There is security in the form of a wall around the facility with barbed wire at the top, and all tenants have the option to get an access card.

I returned a Uhaul truck at this location. Customer service was great! I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. I moved out on the 10th of May because I got a letter stating it was going up by $20.00 and I will not pay $75.00 a month for a 5x5 space. Talked to the manager and she was very flippant and noncaring, saying I had to pay a full month's rent for just 7 days. I had also called 3 different numbers and no one every answered the phone and they never returned any of my messages. If you rent from them make sure you remember exactly what day it is due or you will be paying for an extra month you did not use. I say go somewhere else.
