All I'm going to say is that they damaged several furniture pieces. Initially the owner assured me that he would take care of all damages after his investigation. After several weeks of waiting, we finally got to talk and discuss the issues. He quickly changed from the initial statement he made of "paying for all the damages" and said he could only pay us by the pound for the damaged furniture, which came to an approximate total of about $120. I ended up paying for the damages. I do not recommend any company that does not put the customer first and especially one that lies. The workers are careless and unethical, they said that if we called them directly that they could save us money next time if we ever decided to move again. Moved this week from a 3rd FL apt to a 1st floor house. I have been in FL 10 years and have moved 6 times and only used a mover 1 time and that was because he was my friend's uncle but since then the moving co. has gone out of business. So, since this was a pretty hefty move for me and I have a hectic schedule, I went with a moving company. Only did a little research as I had to choose quickly and Orlando Yelpers have not done many moving company reviews... Yet! A huge plus was it was a holiday and there was no additional charge. There was a flat rate for the first 2 hours which included the truck, gas etc. Then it was ~$71 each additional hour. They started at 8:15am and were complete by 12:30pm. They were extremely nice and personable, it was really a great delight to work with them. They took direction great and didn't take any breaks and think about how flippin' hot it is in FL. They took care of all the items with care and everything was delivered unharmed =) They really made the move so much less stressful than moves really are. While they were moving I was cleaning so it saved me SO MUCH time! I really recommend this company from the experience I have had. They are certified of course which is essential as well. One note : They did smoke outside while moving some things and I was a little worried about that since I am completely against smoking but I was so worried about getting things done so I didn't even say anything. I am sure they would have avoided it if I had said something but I wish they were a little more aware of their surroundings as they were handling my persona items. read more

I originally scheduled my move to be only a few large things, as I was moving things to my storage on my own for a while. All that changed when I had to have surgery on my shoulder barring me from lifting heavy objects or moving my arm too much. The guys at AAA Instamove did the items I asked them to move and then some! They took everything that I'd packed, big or small, so I wouldn't have to lift a finger. If that wasn't enough, they did it with kindness and compassion and a swiftness that I did not expect. I've had movers milk the clock before to make extra money, but not these guys! Professional and careful and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a mover for their prized possessions!! read more

We moved two households with this company in the last month. The first move seemed fine. During the second move the crew of two stole my wife's wedding ring as well as her grandmothers diamond ring, which was the last thing she had to remember her by. They are thieves. I picked these guys on a Yelper's recommendation, and I was not disappointed! I compared this company to two others before making my selection, and these guys seemed the most reasonable. They charge $89 an hour and the minimum for a move is $267. That covers the travel time, mileage, hours spent, etc. If you go above that time-wise, they charge for each 15 minute increment. So if you don't use the whole 3rd hour, you aren't charged for the entire hour. They moved us this week from a 1st floor apartment to a 1 story house. Two guys arrived on time and immediately got to work putting our furniture and boxes in the truck! They had a difficult job and managed to get everything done in less than 3 hours. They were very neat and polite, careful with our furniture, and completely lived up to our expectations. I was amazed at the amount of work they did in such a short time. I would give 10 stars if I could! I used AAA Insta-Move this past weekend. They were efficient, honest and didn't try to give me the run around. I couldn't have been happier with the service! Moving is such a stress and you feel like you are throwing money away no matter what - so it was nice to work with honest, hardworking guys! First time using movers and it was most definitely worth it. Moved from a one story single family 3 bedroom to a two story townhome. We were packed and ready with everything accessible in the garage and had disassembled the furniture to save time. The guys were amazing! I believe we had Arthur and Jeremiah. They had it done in two hours but were waiting on me to bring back my hubby and only charged us the additional 30 mins we needed. Very reasonably priced. They were careful with our items and got everything where it needed to go in the new place! Couldn't be happier. read more

Horrible customer serivice by Stan. He called me in the morning to give me a quote on moving and then emailed me a quote for pick up storage as well. Since I have received so many quotes, I wanted to call him back and verify some information. I called him back and asked what the amount entailed and he said " didn't you see the quote, it's all there it can't be any easier than that"! Wow, I didn't know he was doing me a favor, what great service!!!!!! Why wouldn't I go with this company, moving is such a such a stress free process and he did such a great job in wanting to earn my business. They arrived earlier than the time quoted, and called ahead to let me know they were ahead of schedule and the 2 men went right to work. They were super careful with some antique furniture and worked fast and efficiently. They didn't stop until the job was done and I was satisfied. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Worth every penny! Highly recommend! read more

AAA is the worst company to do business with. Workers were on the cell phone often wasting my time and money since they are paid by the hour. Then, after a long day of loading up the truck (they did not get all my stuff) we finally drove to my new house. They wanted to postpone unloading until the next day. So, this was new... what was I supposed to do book a hotel room for me and the kids???? Then, to make matters worse after unloading 3/4 of the truck they wanted to be paid in full. They demanded to be paid or they weren't going to unload the rest of MY furniture. I nearly called the police. But, my wife convinced me to just pay them. I hate this company and will never recommend them. There service is very bad. DON'T HIRE THEM!!! read more

Exceptional Service! I requested a quote from local movers on Move.com in the Kissimmee area. I researched all of the companies online. AAA Insta-Move has an A rating on BBB and has outstanding reviews online on several sites. Stan was very prompt and friendly in all emails and phone calls in dealing with quote and scheduling. Called the day before as promised to confirm. Movers, Joe and Lenny, were extremely personable and professional. Loaded, transported and unloaded in just under the two hour quoted time. They were even done with previous job so were an hour early then estimated start time! Took great care of our things and will definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

I decided to hire a moving company to move me since my husband passed away. They didn't show up on time. I had to call them to see where they were. I will say that the guys doing the work were great (Orlando and his partner) I had everything ready for the move. They brought a run down looking truck (the logo was faded) They told me that they would get all of the heavy stuff first and that was fine with me but they did not load the truck all the way up. They stopped about half way up. Told me that they didn't load all the way was because of the 2 TV is the back but told the bosses it was because of a curio cabinet. They didn't fit all of my boxes on the truck. Asked them to get the boxes on the truck and not to worry about the stuff in the sheds out back. Took almost an hour and half to get to the new place and when they did show up one of the workers had to go home because he didn't feel well. Showed up with his cousin to unload (very nice guy). Needless to say when I contacted the company about the left boxes I was told they would give me $50 refund to go toward getting a truck and doing it myself or they could go back out there for an additional price ($94). So after figuring out the money I thought it would be wiser to have them come and finish. And we had to wait until Monday. Now this 4/3 and I had to be out of the house by 4/1. Thank goodness I had an understanding landlord that let me keep my stuff there for a couple more days. I received no phone call before they got there. And then send out two more guys (neither of them had the speed of the other guys they sent out) so it ended up costing me another $250 on top of what I had paid before. That brings the total to almost $700 for a simple move. I will not be recommending these guys to anyone nor will I ever use them again. read more
