Don't believe what your read in all there reviews there's another page my wife found that has the reviews about this company. They damage furniture and other things charge too much which they did me .they damaged my recliner chair and because I give them a two star rating and that was only for punctuality and professionalism of Helen other than that, I would've given them a zero. I called the office. It took them all day for somebody to call me back after I called a second time the person i spoke with wasn't happy with the two star rating.He wouldn't give me the insurance info information . I really only needed them to move a huge fridge but, due to the fact that they had a 2 hour minimum, I had them move some of the other big things. They failed massively with the fridge and broke a fairly expensive table. The door frame at the old and new house were pretty heavily damaged by the fridge. I told them several times that the Lowe's movers brought it in originally on shoulder straps, not a hand truck. They kept forcing the fridge out of the door frames at both houses on a hand truck. In the new house we had to take a door knob off so they could fit the fridge through a hallway and they laid the fridge flat on the floor, causing the compressor to fail, which we didn't realize until they left. We even told them as they laid it down that it was a bad idea. You're not supposed to lay fridges on their backs. luckily, the fridge was under warranty, so we had it fixed for free and had all the food replaced for free. Had we not, it would've cost twice what we paid for the movers just to fix the fridge and replace the food. As for the table, I sent them photos of the damage and insisted they send a third party out to fix it. In fairness, they offered to come take a look at it, but I just don't have the time to take off work for movers to come look at a table. so I'll fix it myself. Thanks to warranties, I still came out ahead, but had I not had warranties, I would've been about $500 in the hole, after paying them. And I still have to fix this broken table. $400ish for the move. $900ish worth of refrigerator repairs + food. I'd suggest going elsewhere. read more

I called Infinite Movers the day before I needed a move. The mover I had scheduled disappeared. Mr. Rod Allen at Infinite got all my details and then called me back saying that he could sent men over to make the move. I had a POD to unload and then take some items to another location. The men who showed up were very professional and did a great job!! They moved a piano and other heavy items without dinging walls or damaging the items. My piano is heavy ... these guys are strong! They put my king size bed together before they left and were just all around helpful and very careful. Highly recommend this company. Prices were fair and quality excellent!! Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. They were on their phones texting the entire time while moving. They were over an hour late to start the move. They dropped my fireplace and chipped the side of it completely off. The movers dropped my marble table on its own base. It made a loud noise and one of the guys moving said, "Sorry, my wrist is injured so I can't lift stuff." You were contracted to move my home while injured?? It gets worse - they flooded my laundry room because they clipped the hose off of the back of the washer and water went everywhere. They didn't have the correct tools to unhook my appliances so they had to "get creative". Their creativity lacked foresight because the movers "forgot" to grab the hoses behind the washer and dryer to reinstall them into our new home. Now we are on the hook for replacing the finishing on our fireplace, new hook ups and install for our appliances, and so much more. When I reached out to management they offered a 5% discount on my order. That results in a $70 refund. That is no where near the amount I am spending on fixing my items. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to go with a reliable and professional company. read more

Very professional and courteous! Arrived on time and have great customer service. I have used them twice and their prices were the best in the area. They take a lot of care with your items, very knowledgable when dismantling and re-installing my furniture! I have bunk beds for my kids, and even when the furniture was delivered, they didn't know how to install it correctly but JLC knew exactly what to do. I also have one of those motion beds that require tech savvy installers and they installed it in a breeze. I fully recommend!! read more
