So after waiting awhile Fortress storage along with their manager, Theresa, found me a spot there to store my RV. Fortress storage is safe, clean, and easy to get in and out. The staff is amazing, I say this because my development found me a free space, I called Theresa, to let my spot go and because they are so good and have a waiting list to get in, they credited me my few days I didn't use. And made another customer happy. So I can't say enough good about them. But for me, it was knowing my RV was safe. The staff is proactive and customer motivated.

She said yes and would confirm that Friday as well. Lisa sent a message on the day before the move to confirm, stating: "confirming for tomorrow Ruben will contact you when he's on his way +1 (323) 946-1749 Lisa, Roadrunner Movers." The morning of the move, 'Ruben' called saying he would be running a little late, but no later than 10am. 10:25am and nobody is here. So I contacted Lisa and she gave me conflicting info: First she said he was in an accident, Then she said she got in a fight with him and blocked his number. Okay, so what about my move? She offered to give me my deposit back so I could find another mover. I spoke to both her and Rich at his phone number 619-900-3286, and Rich said they couldn't make it because he was doing a move in Pasadena. That they could MaYbE make it in the evening, closer to 7pm. But that he couldn't guarantee it. I can't wait on a MAYBE. I don't feel valued as a customer at all at this point. So I am stuck scrambling for a new mover as Lisa suggested, and when I do find one and request my deposit back, like Lisa offered, she refused! She said I didn't give them a chance to fix it. Uh, you broke contract by not coming and made zero effort or had zero concern about my move. I was told they could TRY to make it, but no promises. This is a big deal. No where in our discussions does it say the deposit is nonrefundable; they broke contract by taking my money and not showing up to perform the service. I filed a police report, a complaint with the BBB, and filed a case with my bank. I asked for legal advice and they berated them as well. I began receiving threats on 7/31/23 and notified the police. I highly DO NOT recommend doing business with these people. The disrespect, and unprofessionalism is jarring. BEWARE.
