Great service!! they help me with a problem and resolved it right away. They were very efficient and speedy and of all my issues.

I went to drop off a pre labeled package. The store seems clean and very organized. It was pretty empty when I went in and the staff is also quick to acknowledge my presence. They had the whole covid-19 safety set up pretty well as well (social distancing markings, hand sanitizer, and staff all wore masks). If you hate waiting in line too long for postal services like me, then come for this location plus you get to go to publix for grocery after with easy parking. In case you get hungry doing all that, there's the Italian and Japanese restaurant nearby while you wait for your dry cleaning. Don't say I didn't give you the extra tips! read more

The staff are quick, but the wait can be much if a couple people are in the store. They only have one person handling transactions, and although good at what they do, it can be a little on the irritating side to have to wait so long. I also neglected to mention that if you're getting a key to pick up mail after they're closed, you have to pay for that. It's a $15 key. You also can't pick up packages after hours, which I can understand, because you have to sign for them. Still happy to have a mailbox of my own, though. read more

Beware" Avoid this location they charged me $200 for 3 small boxes that didn't get picked up for 6 days because I didn't know they where delivered and they didn't even bother to call me, my Name and my number where listed on the label on each box and they didn't even bother to call me and notify me of the packages, every other location call's me n notify's me and are helpful, not this location they just want to squeeze you out of money, and I asked manager for help asked if maybe I could pay half $100 but they refused I've used a few other locations before in the area had over 20 boxes delivered at the same time and they would only charge me $10 per box and don't charge you extra per day and the owner works with you talks to you isn't trying to squeeze the community out of money for a few small boxes sitting in a corner like this location. I've had a few bad experiences with this location before with this same issue and it's over excessive to charge per-day and let someone's packages accumulate hundreds of dollars in fees, won't even notify you that your boxes are Available for pick up very disappointed and I'm out $200 read more

Walked in to drop off a package , needed a label printed. Associate immediately started telling me about what they "can't do" as far as printing my label. I walked right out !! Nothing worse than going to a business for help and before you can explain what help you need you're being told what they won't do for you. I frequent this location and the staff has always been efficient, friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that so many people think it is the responsibility of the store to supply shipping materials such as tape for free and labor to complete the packaging for the customer. I have seen repeat customers, who know what is required to get a package shipped, bring packages in that are not properly packaged. Then they are rude when they began to be charged for packing materials, like tape. One inch at a time, over hundreds of customers, adds up to a lot of tape and expense and time from the staff. I wonder if these same customers would open their pocketbook repeatedly, all day every day, to give away a dime at a time. Just FYI, shipping packages is a free service that UPS offered to customers. Now, they do not offer the service due to the added labor and expense they were being demanded to offer. If you all think tape is cheap, then you should have bought a roll from the UPS store and supported your local small business owner. read more

Rarely do I leave reviews, but this UPS location is a joke. I went in to return 2 Amazon packages, one of which I labeled and taped secure-----the other which was a UPS QR code for them to label (off Amazon app). Once speaking to the employee, she advised me that the way my first package was prepped wouldn't work, stating I needed to box the box (never been an issue at dozens of other stores). Then she refused to accept the other package because it wasn't taped completely shut and was missing a label (that UPS prints.......). Needless to say, I hopped in my car and drove 10 minutes down road to another UPS location, and had no issue. Nice try to sell unneeded boxes and tape. I will no longer have my personal or business items sent to this location. Furthermore I will not use any location affiliated with the owner of this location. read more

I've used this UPS store in the past and it's been fine. But I am very angry right now. My marginal time is small. I made it to the UPS store at 6:57 and they have a posted closing time of 7:00 p.m. . All I had to do was drop off an Amazon return. The guy was in there but he had already locked the door and signaled to me that they were closed. I told him all I had was an Amazon return can I drop it off. And he said no and wouldn't open the door. That's very bad customer service not to open the door when a customer shows up during your posted hours. Further, when I tried to call the voicemail box was full and would not accept messages. I'm not going to give him one star because they have done what they're supposed to do before when I showed up in the middle of their operating times. But they have the opposite of stellar service, that seems clear. read more

Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of Judy- young Hispanic lady with the flower earrings. Judy was helping me as I was attempting to send something over night- however since it was a PO BOX-David (my reason for the rating) told me that it wasn't guaranteed since it was going through the USPS service since UPS can't mail to PO BOXES- he went on to talk to me about tornados and inclement weather. Either way I went ahead and proceeded to pay $45.62 OUTRAGEOUS amount of money. As I walked out my father (it's his package) tells me that they have to guarantee delivery (it's an urgent personal matter) I explain to him about the the tornados and the nonsense David told me. He told me to go back and get my money back. HERES THE PROBLEM: When I went in (literally 2 minutes hadn't passed) I asked for my package and a refund and explained to Judy that my father wasn't comfortable with that disclaimer... DAVID automatically jumps up from a desk to say it can't happen. I just calmly look at him and smile and said once more- well my father isn't interested in sending his package with UPS because they do not have a guarantee delivery service. Judy the saint that she is proceeds to assist me. Here's the kicker since I paid with debit she has to return in cash right? But NOOO MR. DAVID is stuck on stupid that there isn't any cash for them to refund me. He seemed personally annoyed and irritated that I would request my money back for a service he had yet to perform and had the audacity to say they did not have CASH at the cash wrap. Saint Judy of course solved my problem- gave me my refund always courteous and with a smile on her face. (David can learn a thing or two from her- these things aren't personal. Definitely the worst UPS store I have ever been to. Guy at the counter looked at me like he couldn't give a f*ck about my customer experience as he glanced at me, dismissed my questions and went back to fiddling with an empty box (?). After walking away to "help" another employee screw around with a computer, the notary popped out of her secret cabinet to "help" me with notarizing some documents. DO NOT go to this location to get documents notarized. This woman is AFRAID to notarize documents. Her distressed shrieking made it clear that she was terrified of being held accountable for the documents she was notarizing (?) and I did not have the necessary paperwork to allow her to do so, even though I made sure to bring proper identification/documentation to the store. On a lesser note, the inside of this location looked and smelled like a trashed garage. read more
