It cost $24.50 to fax 20 pages? Rip off! Go to Staples instead. A lot cheaper. Faxing should be cheaper than mail.

After going here regularly for a few years now, here is my honest review. The stars earned are for convenience. It's 10/10 convenient to have all carriers in one location. Now for what people who don't ship weekly for 26 years need to know about this place: It's a complete ripoff. Somewhat similar to how a 7-11 will charge a huge markup on everything. The difference, though, is that I know what gum costs at a grocery store and I am able to make the conscious choice if I want to pay for the convenience or not at 7-11 for the same pack of gum. The average person shipping does not do it for a living like I do. They have no idea they are accepting an overcharge, and more significantly that they are not being given all choices and options available. The entire system at this store is to charge the max amount the customer will accept with every add-on and unnecessary fee they can legally get away with. This is an insanely shady way to do business. Yes, the male owner will be nice as he swindles you out of your money by making you think he's a kind man giving you a deal and helping you out. This is not reality. Watch how kind he is to people who question why he's only giving the most expensive shipping options when every one of the multiple carriers available carrier have multiple options and pricing. He opened a shipping hub, but has no interest in the majority of what people's shipping needs are. He can't even print anything out without charging you unless he is required to by the carrier (UPS). Thank God UPS is on to people like this, but the other carriers haven't caught up. UPS wants you to have a receipt in case there's any issues after handoff. Take the receipt. Say yes that you want the receipt when they ask, they simply don't want to waste the ink even knowing UPS tells them to. He's cheap and greedy, and I sense on the fast road to going out of business. He hasn't adapted to the customer base entering his store, he's focused on ripping everyone off. So be it. But the most dangerous aspect of this store here in orlando is the high quantity of people shipping internationally, which is already much more expensive than domestic shipments. They will tell you it's best to choose the option they know is ripping you off the most and the average customer has absolutely no idea they even had other options unless they ask a million questions, which the owner will respond to with a death stare. Some of the female staff are very nice, but trust that their boss requires them to do as much of this shadiness as they can also. The females will usually be honest when pressed, though. Buyer beware is what this place is all about. Someone had to tell you that if you've shipped here, you've likely been ripped off as much as they could get away with. read more

I want to preface by stating that this was my first time visiting this establishment. Normally, I ship through UPS or FedEx, where they print the label or scan a QR code. I stopped by this location due to its convenience, as I was in a time crunch. However, the service I received from the woman with black hair was far from convenient. With that being said I'm not sure who hired her for a customer-facing role, but she could benefit from coaching in clear communication, avoiding assumptions, and showing basic respect toward customers. read more

I mailed my daughter an important package 2 day priority USPS. I was told 2-3 days by person at counter. On looking at tracking, it was actually 5.5 days. It shouldn't cost 15 dollars to send something that won't arrive. read more

The location is very convenient and they offer services that you need. The site doesn't look like much when you walk in but you only want the services which is USPS as well as FedEx which are both accommodated at the site. If you already have a label you can just drop off the package which is convenient and head out and be up on your way. The staff is always been friendly and I've never had an issue with the packages or the location. Overall this is a great store and it's convenient. read more

Stopped in today and waited 15 minutes for the guy in front on me who was shipping out of the states. I was mailing a medium size bubble wrap envelope with a 3 month old onesie inside and it was $6.79. Absolutely ridiculous if you think these people are good with prices! This is a great one stop station if you are trying to find the best way to ship your items via different carriers (usps, fedex and etc). They are located so conveniently on Narcoossee and are much faster than if I have to go to one of the carriers branches. The guy (sorry I should have gotten his name) that also help me whenever I been there have been so efficient to work with customers. It's almost rare to see that in postal services (lol). They sometimes can be charging a little bit more for a few cents or dollars but I think for the convenience and fast friendly service it's worth it. I never spent more than 15 mins when I'm there. Worth to give it a try if you are someone who just want a reliable and fast service for your mail and packages! The store is clean and simple and they have a table for you there if you need to fill up the forms or repack your items and etc. Getting thirsty while doing all that hard work of shipping your packages, they sell water and drinks too! read more

Great customer service! Was out in Lake Nona area and needed a document printed on short notice. I was able to email document to goin postal and get it printed within minutes. Another plus is their WiFi, service in area is not the best, able to connect to business WiFi to email document. read more

This is a good going postal but is very musty inside, like someone is not wearing deodorant. That's about it, not sure if I'll go back.

People there are generally friendly and their prices are okay. However, I went in this week and none of the employees are wearing face masks. This is the first time I needed to mail a large package, too large for priority mail. The employee that assisted me went above and beyond finding a box that was up cycled from another package, saving me money and using resources instead of wasting a new one. She was very helpful and will definitely get my business again. read more

AVOID Goin' Postal for Uhaul, FedEx, DHL, USPS and FINGERPRINTS NO HOURS OF OPERATION POSTED? ! I was referred here to get fingerprints completed. The hours contracted for fingerprinting are from 9:30 am - 11:30 am on Saturdays. It's now 10:40 am. My family is in the car and we have been waiting since 9:30 am !!! That is now over one hour on a Saturday. I watched over 10 people come tug on the doors. The doors are still LOCKED!!! I called the company phone. No answer AND no voice mail. There was no sign on the door regarding remodeling. I watched over 20 people come to the door. I spent over 5 minutes checking the doors and windows for hours of operation. I even walked all the way to the back door looking for hours of operation, but no hours were posted. Not even remodeling hours. read more

Reading previous reviews, it sounds like this place will save you money. However it depends what you're there for; I was charged a 30% premium for my USPS first class package. I could not have paid more for shipping. Maybe they sell cheap boxes and tape that others rave about but I don't believe people reviewing are aware of true shipping costs and are just saying it's cheap cause it's coming in below their expectations. Been here a few times to mail a few things and get something notorized. I have read a few reviews complaining about wait times and rudeness of staff but i have never experienced any of that. Everyone was helpful and i never waited more then a few minutes. This is my go to place in Lake Nona now. read more

Goin' Postal is the place to go for all your postal needs. The customer service is outstanding offering "best value" suggestions with a smile. They have everything for fax, copy and packing needs.
