Updating to 5 Stars for great COVID measures, printing services, and super easy shipping. I recently had to ship some fragile champagne flutes and was putting it off because I figured I'd have to purchase bubble wrap and individually wrap each one. Instead, I called and it turns out they will pack and ship for you! I would much rather spend a bit extra to have professionals with the right packing supplies work their magic on my shipping needs! Besides that, they solved a bunch of other errands I needed to get done. I was able to take care of some printing I needed (not costly, and super quick to get your docs printed), and I realized you can bring any amazon returns and they'll fully handle it! You may pay a dollar or two for packaging if you don't bring a box, but holy cow this is going to solve my issue with never actually returning my Amazon REGRET purchases. I appreciate that they require masks inside, have social distancing stickers of the floor, and have plenty of signage for all of your needs. Overall, they helped me cross a bunch of things off my to-do list and made it as easy as can be! read more

I've been going to this location for years. They have always been super helpful. The store is cleaner than before. The reason for the low rating is the new owners charge for tape! $3.99 to tape the box for UPS. They aren't giving you the role, just taping a box. read more

I normally just drop off packages that are already labeled so I'm in and out Today was interesting though There was no one in the store except me There was a woman behind the counter, heavier in stature, who, after a few moments, scowled at me and waved me over I don't normally take offense because I understand that it's Monday and maybe she's having a day - not for me to judge Even the lack of greeting, lack of eye contact, and slight discomfort that I felt can be something I can easily brush off No big deal After scanning and handing me the receipt, she took her hand, and like a cat that has the intention of breaking something, pushed the package off the counter, and she basically threw it on the floor. No goodbye. No have a nice day. Also things that I can just let it roll off my back. When the package landed on the floor, she still didn't look up at me, and she looked over to the people in line and yelled, NEXT I'm in customer service so I really try not to let things bother me so much. But throwing somebody's package onto the floor, is pretty much like a waiter spitting in your food right in front of you. The package is packed very well, so I'm not concerned about the contents But what if there was something fragile or special inside? I had a 28 page black-and-white print job. The customer service representative told me that he couldn't figure out how to make it print in black-and-white so I end up getting color and being charged over $50... This is day 4 and I still have not had a callback from a manager or store owner concerning the issue... Brought a small box in to mail. Rep gave me a white plastic sleeve/bag to slide it into. Not unlike a fedex or ups envelope sleeve, only less fancy. After taping it up and putting on the label i learned i was being charged 4.99 for a bag. i don't disagree that these places have to make money but $5 for a bag. if i wasn't in a hurry i would've ripped it open and handed it back. i know i know, bigger problems in the world, but getting squeezed at your local mailbox shop really ground my gears. tell people you plan to rip them off before you do. the receipt says it was a bubble mailer which it wasn't and pointing that out he shrugged and said its the same. read more

Most of the time this place is good! I had a large Amazon return and the person working the counter acted like I totally inconvenienced them saying "oh thank god" when they were finished with the returns. Super disappointed to say the least. read more

Staff is always very friendly when I drop off my boxes. The manager Christian even went above and beyond to help me with a big box when parking was a bit hectic with the neighboring store's grand opening. There are UPS and downs, and this is one of the UPS. If you need to fax stuff and copy stuff and mail stuff then this is a great location right - next to Chinatown - so I'm definitely a fan, but it's corporate in nature and has annoyingly high prices and those are major drawbacks. Still, a good place for what it does and my copies went through with no issue. read more

Maybe I don't think anyone doesn't like coming to UPS or any other shipping store because it just seems like it's always some sort of perfunctory experience. This mailing or that package or whatever goings on you've got going on, going on. I'll say, what could have been another such experience for me wasn't because Michael over there at this UPS store's sharp and knows his stuff. Following whatever protocol on another resume I needed to come in for finger printing, notary works, and some shipping services and this guy, Michael. Totally on point. Dropped off 2 return packages about 2 weeks ago , one was delayed a week and the other one was lost or NEVER left this office! It's funny that the one it was missing has valuable item in it, and now UPS said they couldn't find it! Be aware if you ever drop any valuable items at this store! Hey UPS. If you have the plastic sleeves to hold your labels that we pre print you should probably give them to your vendors who ship weekly with you. Yes I know I order them but I ran out and my last request to ship never arrived. And guess what I could look right over the counter and see you had stacks and stacks of them so the 30 I asked for was an easy to fill ask. Great start with helpful staff. We rented a PO Box there almost two weeks ago and we have yet to receive the box key.

Great quick service by friendly, knowledgable employees. My boyfriend and I came in with four packages to send. We bought all the boxes and envelopes right there. Each package was going to a different location and so we had to print four different labels. The employee helping us out was so patient and didn't seem annoyed that we had to read off all the addresses to him. A convenient location. Especially if you are out shopping on a Saturday and the post office is closed. I was able to have a item boxed and shipped in a timely manner with a tracking number provided to make sure that my package was received. Other services provided include printing, mailbox services, moving supplies and packaging materials, freight services, fax, notary, and postal services. Customer service is friendly and helpful. But this place can be busy at times, so you may have to wait. Especially when one employee is playing Fifty Questions with a caller and the other customer service representative is helping a customer with a package the size of a Smart Car. I dropped of some important packages yesterday that people purchased from me on Poshmark , and they are still not posting as shipped. The young girl had a shower cap on. I thought it is rainy, but I don't know if this is acceptable as an employee. She seemed very nice but, she would say rude digs. Like, "You can't put all your packages on the weight machine unless that makes sense to you," "No, I'm just setting my packages here , because there is a line out the door and I have no where else to put them." I couldn't email them my packing label either it was insane. I was in the store fir45 minutes to an hour for something that should take ten minutes, maybe! I usually go to the FedEx store on S. Conway and maybe because of the area they are quick , nice , and respectful! Not like the one I'm currently reviewing , and I'm still waiting for a call back to see why my packages are not labeled as shipped. After suffering bad customer service at the FedEx shipping store which is closer to my home, I decided to head over to the UPS store with whom I've shipped a few things before. Always great service! I've visited this location of the UPS store a couple of times and I've always had great service. The employees behind the counter are pretty knowledgeable and good at offering suggestions for shipping and packing options. They have a few office supplies available and plenty of packing material with options for next day shipping if desired. And UPS has a great deal with Amazon, so you can take any of your Amazon returns to a UPS store to have them send it back for free. I think what I appreciate most about this location is that I've never had to deal win a line and have always encountered friendly people who do their best to try to explain certain options to you if you are unsure. I feel bad that others have had negative experiences here, but I honestly can't say that for myself. read more

I went here a few years back and had amazing service. Things have changed, both in service and the look of the store. The associate was incredibly unhelpful and the store is dirty and cluttered. They wanted to charge me 15.87 for a box to return shoes I had purchased online. How does a box cost 15.8 when I already had the shipping label?? Thanks but no thanks. read more

Less than one star. Do not trust this place to ship your packages. Just FYI - when you ship a package through a UPS store it is no longer your package, you are no longer considered the person shipping the package. If there are any problems with your package UPS will not share any information with you. You can not file a claim even if you pay for insurance. The store has to do it which includes keeping your package for 4-6 weeks. The store actually encourages you not to file a claim. My package made it to the destination city in Texas and they heard a couple of loose shells in the bottom of the box and decided that there was something damaged and instead of delivering it to the final destination they returned it to the store in Orlando. The store DID NOT call me when the package came in. The only way I found it was by using my tracking number and finding that it was damaged and returned. I called the store and they told me they didn't have it. They suggested I call UPS directly. When I did that I was told that I had no rights to information on the package or the investigation that was already closed. They did tell me that the package was already delivered to the Orlando UPS store and signed for. I called back and they were basically like "My bad." I went up there and they wouldn't help me get my money back for the shipping. They wanted me to buy a new box from them and pay them to re ship it or leave it for 4-6 weeks. The customer service in this store is terrible. They should have eaten the $20 loss and re-shipped my package. Especially when it was discovered that the box was in perfect condition with no damage and nothing inside was broken. read more

I arrived at this location earlier today and opened up the cargo of my car, pulling out a large heavy box. In just a matter of seconds one of the UPS store personnel rushed to my help. He took the box from me and carried it to the store. I must say this has never happened at any other UPS store locations. Once in the store the two gentlemen work quickly to prepare the boxes for shipment and I was out of there in under 5 minutes. Excellent job. read more
