I'm not one to normally post negative comments, but this experience this morning was absolutely mind-blowing. You all might want to consider this as a warning. I am the CMO for a global company. I stopped in here to send a package overnight (today is Friday 3/17) for arrival on Monday (3/30) morning delivery. Precursor - Prior to that I had asked (and graciously paid for) notary services of the documents. No problem. Services rendered, services paid for. Now we get to the shipping rates. The woman pulls up rates starting at $54 dollars for April 4th delivery and spanning $272 dollars for Monday delivery by 10am. Yes, you read that right. $272 dollars for an envelope. For Monday delivery, by 10am. That's the cost of shipping a small refrigerator freight on a truck. Obviously I was shocked. Asked her how that was possible. Her response was "yeah...you have to talk to the owner Harry, he controls the prices." Well Harry...here's your chance to retort. How is it possible in any world to send an envelope weighing a quarter of a pound...overnight to Alabama...an hour and 27 minute flight away from Ocoee....and have it cost $272 dollars? By the way, the girl behind the counter tried to validate this at first with a response that was "well that's the price of shipping these days". For what? A bison to Guam via boat? C'mon. For reference, Afterwards I called Patricia over at FedEx on West Colonial, who I also do business with. I gave her the contents, the weight, the address and the shipping expectations of delivery on Monday by 10am. Her rate via FedEx? $53 dollars. FedEx...a global shipper...$53.00 for Monday morning delivery by 10am. Harry's Mail Center...$272 dollars for Monday by 3pm. In the end I took it to the post office on Hiawassee. Express Mail with tracking. Arrival Monday by 3pm. Cost? $11.28 I work in an industry where media, print and costs are marked up...usually about 11% to make profit on running a business. If you do that math...thats a 413% markup. And some bullshit. You're flagged Harry. Not sure what kind of operation you think you're running, but it will be reported. read more

Missed the delivery of a package that had to be signed for and instead of trying me again they sent it here. I went in as soon as I got the note (it was custom jewelry made from my mothers jewelry, as such it was irreplaceable, so I did not want it sitting in a random warehouse) There was one person in front of me being seen to and 2 people working (but only one working with that person). I still waited in line for 15+ min. When they did get to me they initially couldn't find my package. Nerve wracking. Very stressful. When I said something to the tune of "what do you mean you can't find it" clearly a little panicked, then she got the other person involved and she found it immediately...was there really a need to put me though that? So, while I did not use them of my own will, I don't think they would be my first choice as a shipper should i need one in the future. read more

Excellent and professional customer service. They are vey helpful in recommending packaging and how to ship your item. Costs for their services are quite reasonable and affordable. They take service seriously and are their to help you with all of your needs. It's nice to not have to worry about your package getting to where it needs to go without incident. Very helpful with fair pricing and quick service. Mailed package to my daughter in Scotland and had issue tracking. Two days after I mailed the customer service rep worked to track it down for me rather than leave me to navigate customs and courier internationally. read more

We do a lot of our mailing here. You never wait long and everything has been shipped without any issues.

This mail center is located in the Publix plaza off of Clarke and Silver star. They service UPS, USPS, and Fed ex so one stop shopping. They also assist with PO Boxes, faxes, computer usage, key making, and much more. I drop all my packages here, and they will tape them up and send them off for you. I come here often and yes, sometimes, there are lines but if you have the prepaid label then you can drop it off and go on your merry way. I have never had an issue with things not getting there or anything. They are good friendly honest people. Service is always with a smile, which is to be treasured now a days! read more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE! They were extremely rude and charged me $20 just to pick up my package that UPS had sent there! The lady was very rude with her tone scolding me that I can't have packages delivered there if I don't have a mail box there! Worst customer service! read more

I drop by here all the time. They have a very friendly and helpful staff that not only takes USPS but also UPS drop offs.

I think the good reviews for this place are coming from people who work there. I've been in this store enough times to know never to go back. The counter people couldn't care less about why you're there. Never a smile. Never a thank you. Never more than "Why are you bothering me" looks and attitudes. When they don't have the correct size box or mailing item, there's no attempt to figure out a solution. Just "We're out of that" and then go back to staring at their phone. I tried using their mail forwarding service and it was a disaster. And at busy times, just plan on standing in an endless line for an hour. Do yourself a favor and go 10 miles out of your way to Winter Garden. The staff at that UPS store won't win any personality contests either. But at least they're efficient, prompt and know what they're doing. read more

Very disappointed in this place. I had something notarized that needed to be mailed ASAP and the freaking guy behind the counter didn't even put a stamp on it that I had bought. I relocated so I can't go back there and complain. FYI make sure you get what you pay for read more

I am regular customer in this store, About customer service I received is excellent with friendly and always smile with a greetings which makes you recharge for the day gain as positive attitude and says about the owner of this company is a very down to earth personality always help customer as a family and once help me advising about my some mail difficulties facing when came to him solve my problem in a minute which I never stay behind to respect his attitude and way of talking..
