In my haste to make the returns before it got too late in the day, I failed to print the return shipping labels I needed, neither of the labels were the qr code kind in which the UPS Store can print them for you. As I was trying to figure out where I could print without going all the way back home, the gentleman let me know I could forward the labels to their designated email address, and he could print them for me. The fee was $2.50 for the initial service + $0.50 per printed page. In my situation, it was like "a ram in the bush". After expressing the utmost thanks, I was able to have each return shipping label printed. The customer service is normally good here, and today is was definitely giving great. The store was clean, organized, and cool [had a/c]. This is my preferred location, and today I was reminded why (one more time).

Honestly, looking at the current staff, I'm pretty sure none of the present people were even born yet when I first started coming here!) I called twice to see if anyone was inside and forget to unlock the doors. No one answered and the lights were out; there was no sign in the window saying that they would open late or on holiday so I expected for the store to be opened. When I got to the store, all they had to do was dump the bins into the boxes. They were all soft goods nothing to break nothing to shift around no glass no plastic no nothing for the most part. It was just clothing including bras. They ended up using $60 worth of packing peanuts to make sure the bras wouldn't shift around. As you can see the box is full of clothing, all three of the boxes were full. Nobody needed packing peanuts, which were slipped into the boxes in the back room behind my back. Tru, I didn't look at the receipt that closely, but I did not have it before swiping my card either. in a distraught state and not feeling well that day I just paid and left. I trusted them and that was a mistake. Today, two weeks later, I went in there and told them about the packing peanuts and neither one of them even said I'm sorry. And the female owner tried to gaslight me saying that the bins were in the boxes and to keep the bins from shifting they needed the peanuts. I said no, we did not ship the bins and she tried to argue with me and got smart in the mouth that I wasn't listening to her gaslight me. It's disgusting and I told her that it was a rip off and it was. At least they could say, would you like packing peanuts and I would say no. They took advantage and they lost a customer. And $9.99 to tip a bin into a box is ridiculous. Labor.

After explaining what I needed, the lady employee told me that putting a sticker on a business card was "unprofessional" and said, "Imagine someone handing you a business card with a sticker on it. You need new ones. It's a business expense." She made me feel ashamed and humiliated all in one. I wasn't looking for criticism of my business decision--I was simply asking whether they could provide a printing service. A more customer-focused approach would have been to explain the options and let me decide. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.
