They help me with my returns and even once when they were close to closing time, they were still willing to help. I can't stand doing that to businesses, but I just happened to forget and not realize what time the UPS store closed. I am always able to return my orders and get my receipt from them. There have been times where I did not realize that I had to pack an item before they could take it so they asked me if I had something in my car that I might be able to use that if I just put it in there they could take it up for me. They really are just very kind and very willing to help. The Amazon returns. There are free as long as you set it up through the Amazon app, which is also great and very convenient. I will continue to try and make all my Amazon returns through UPS if I'm able to. And I have also gotten things notarized there before and also had a few items shipped out. The price to do so is not bad and I would definitely recommend going to UPS to check their prices before going anywhere else.

Davis helped me with the setup over the phone. Polite competent and quick the moving staff was top notch. Their handling of our bulkier non boxed belongings was meticulous. Amidst our confined space and the lack of an elevator they skilfully loaded their truck. They provided free storage for our belongings because they knew we wouldn't be able to move into our new home immediately. At the appointed hour, they loaded the truck with all of our possessions, made a pit stop at my parents' place to retrieve extra boxes and furniture that we had stashed, and finally drove everything to our new house. Not only that, they were very careful not to damage any of our boxes or scrape any walls. They were careful to protect the floors of the new house. These change makers have our full support.

Then when you question this they say "its on the contract" but you try to explain and show - here it is in writing in the email which is also legally binding, they cut you off and dismiss you. Cutting you off and "outline going contract" then saying "Now that we hyacinth covered that, what else do you have" is said, you try to go back to them and say that it is not covered, it needs discussed. They wont hear it (customer service department mind you) and again say, what else do you have?
