" Sure, let me get that email and we will take care of it!" Said Jason, the gregarious store manager who was very helpful and positive. They have all sorts of pack and ship options at this location and if you have something to return that is a large item, they can handle it. They also have all sorts of merchandise for sale like stationary and printing supplies and packing and shipping supplies, too. They also have shredding services! In my experience, the staff are always cordial and when needed, they are helpful. They have a self service kiosk if you have a package with a return label. It is a quick process of scanning the label, getting a receipt and dropping off the package. Fedex advertises that they can ship packages for less than the USPS. During my most recent expedition to mail a box, I found that Fedex was about $4 cheaper. Also, the package will arrive faster - not if that is solely because they may be faster or because the USPS has some processing procedures (in that area of the US) that results in mail delays. Additional items can be purchased here such as books, journals, cards, stationary, packaging, accessories for small electronics, etc. Sometimes there are good finds on clearance.

Deception, lack of communication and overall just crappy and unethical business practices…read more Verbally commits to one thing, even writing it in an email but not adding to contract. Then when you question this they say "its on the contract" but you try to explain and show - here it is in writing in the email which is also legally binding, they cut you off and dismiss you. Cutting you off and "outline going contract" then saying "Now that we hyacinth covered that, what else do you have" is said, you try to go back to them and say that it is not covered, it needs discussed. They wont hear it (customer service department mind you) and again say, what else do you have? You ask for the supervisor, he says "I am the supervisor" so you ask for his boss, his manager. his reply "He wont get on the phone to talk to YOU, I am it. Awful company, need to run this further upstream and contact the BBB and a lawyer, I do NOT recommend you use these guys at all,

I feel lucky that the guys that picked up my move were decent....although only 1 of the 3 spoke English. And despite being told payment by venmo would be accepted, they didn't have venmo and we spent time scrambling for cash on Labor Day! We did end up negotiating the price and got an expedited delivery date which we were verbally told was the date it would be delivered at no extra cost. Strongly suggest avoid any moving company that are brokers. I intend to write several letters including to Penke Tru k Rental for supporting an industry that seems to thrive on deception.
