Avalon Park has certainly grown as a neighborhood and the community and it has been with pleasure that I have seen the downtown grow. I guess having a male type Center was the next common sense and growth evolution of this continuously expanding neighborhood. Prices are a bit High, but you do have to pay a surcharge for convenience. If you live in Avalon Park, you can't get much more convenient than this. read more

The employees that work here have no idea what they are doing. I shipped package that needed to be delivered in a timely manner. I shipped out the package on Thursday and chose delivery for the following Monday, however the recipient said they had not received when Tuesday rolled around. I lost my tracking number receipt and after emailing it to me was unsuccessful I visited the shipping center and they said my package shipped out on Monday, which was the day it was supposed to be delivered. They blamed it on the UPS driver not seeing my package instead of taking accountability for them leaving on the wrong side of the store. read more

Been several times. It's nice to go to a place that has all the major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). They take the time and show you what the lowest cost is vs quickest. Air vs ground. All the options. So you get the service you need. Carriers own stores just give you a couple options which may be a bad deal. The owner here is nice. They are all quick and efficient. I dropped off a FedEx package on December 17th at this business. As of today, December 22nd, FedEx claims they never received the package and the tracking has not been updated at all. Unfortunately, this business does not provide receipts when you drop off packages with them. So, I have no proof of the package being given to them. They were also not very helpful when I contacted them for assistance. As a result, I'm out $500 and won't be using their services again. read more

Unfortunately they are not an authorized fed ex retailer as listed. They can only take packages with labels, not QR code's.

I have dropped off packages before without any issues, but today I was treated very rudely and the woman who was at the counter did not want to help me with a question I had and gave me a very nasty look and attitude when I asked. I was very disappointed in their customer service and will not return again in the future. I like to support local businesses, but not if this is how they treat their customers. read more

Office clerk greeted me nicely. I noted that his mask does not cover his nose as he was providing service to a costumer. And they are within one foot of each other. When it was my turn, I requested that he wear his mask over his nose and his replied was it's "uncomfortable" to do this. His next statement after that is that if he wears a mask, he will be "breathing carbon dioxide and that is not healthy". He also stated that he is a great deal of medical knowledge and that masks are not good. I asked him to provide me his supervisor and he gave me the name Leo and a number that did not work. If your providing a service that requires close contact with customers a desk Shield will probably would appropriate. I wear a mask for over 8 hours, along with other PPEs. This person failed to uphold the new guidelines in providing service in the age of COVID I was able to discuss the situation with the store manager and had a discussion as how the situation should of taken place. Avalon Mail Center is such a great place to accomplish any of your mailing or office needs. I have used them for Faxing, copying and mailing. But the REAL Star of this business is Shanzay. (I hope I didn't destroy the spelling of her name.) She goes above and beyond in customer service. She has solved every problem in the easiest way possible. She can tell you which mail/package carrier is the best for your needs. She can solve your Amazon return mistakes, and she is working almost all the time.
