To the left, there is a small retail area where you can buy shipping stuff, like tape, envelopes, cardboard boxes, etc. Two employees are frantically working on separate counters no bigger than a cafeteria tray, taping boxes, labeling, weighing, scanning. They are sweaty, disheveled, delirious, but worse of all, they seem to be eager to keep going, as if they had found ecstasy in this endless flow of incoming and outgoing boxing and labeling. They certainly are enlightened beings, they are ONE with the Universe, I know this. I only came to drop off an Amazon return. This is the best place to do this: no lines, no cost, just bring the item, the scan code, and you're done. Just like that... you're done...

Inside it's very spacious and this location includes a scan and go option where you don't have to wait for an employee to scan you. You can scan, select print or email confirmation, then drop and go which was very convenient. Staff were not exactly welcoming (one was assisting someone so I understand, other just watched me as I entered and then slowly shuffled off to the back), usually there's some form of greeting to acknowledge. It was my first time at his location and I was unfamiliar with layout or the drop option. But it's well organized and was easy to figure out. Overall, if you have any FedEx needs I'm confident this location will get you all set.

It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.
