Wow, did John ever save the day for us! Talk about going above and beyond with customer service. We were in the midst of a dire code red situation last Friday the 13th (go figure). UPS was holding our customer's package hostage and they desperately needed it that evening. Just so happened to google messenger services in the Orlando area as a last resort, and luckily found Velsor Delivery! John was not only willing to drive to meet the UPS man to pick up the package, but he drove an hour and a half in the thick of rush hour traffic to Cocoa Beach to deliver it to our customer.
