I was pleasantly surprised the exterior of the dumpster was in relatively good condition, straight walls, recently painted, doors that actually opened with no effort and the latches actually lined up. The driver asked if I wanted it as close as possible to the house, or leave a little room so the doors can open? They didn't seem in a rush, and showed me how the doors open and showed me there is a latch to keep doors open. There was some broken glass inside upon delivery, but hey its a dumpster. I just swept to towards rear, 15 seconds with a push broom fixed that. To compare, years ago, I rented from another company (will remain nameless to protect the guilty) and walls bowed a foot or two, door welded shut, peeling paint, and a need for a tetanus shot if you get too close. I'm glad I went with Bin There dump that. Having a dumpster in my driveway, I had 4 neighbors approach me as they need one and they wanted to know cost but didn't have enough stuff to fill up a dumpster. We talked about getting the large one and have everyone chip in for it. I told them to give them a call, maybe they could deliver the big one and pick up mine on same trip.
