Love Parcel Plus! Whenever I have packages to drop off for UPS or Fed Ex, I always come here because the employees are so nice and helpful. Whenever I go to UPS or Fed Ex and try to deal with them directly, they're always either rude or unprofessional so this is a great alternative. Parking here is easy too. They have some dedicated spots on the side of the building, but if those are full you can park in the Publix lot as well. I even used Parcel Plus for fingerprinting once and the woman who did it was so nice and gentle, even though my fingerprints were less than cooperative. I highly recommend coming here for any shipping or business needs! read more

Overall great experience getting my fingerprints done! I've been to many parcel plus locations around the Florida area, and this one was honestly the biggest and by far the nicest. The customer service was really really great, and the woman that helped me was extremely gentle. I have an issue that when someone touches my hand they immediately stiffen up lol, and she was actually able to get me to relax so that it would not have been as hard to get my fingerprints. It was still a little longer process because for some reason the machine would not read my fingerprints, and even though my appointment was a little bit after I arrived she still saw me and took care of me. I had to get fingerprinting for my employer. I made an appointment and was attended to immediately upon arriving. The woman was competent and fast. I also regularly use this location to mail items and have never had an issue. My only grip would be they have a minimum $ amount to use a credit card but otherwise this is a great local business. read more

This little postal office right in the Publix shopping center looks fine on the exterior except for one major flaw. When I went to mail some packages, I received my empty box back a few weeks later, as the contents had been stolen. When I returned to ask what the deal was, I was given the run-around by the employees that I was SOL. It turns out the outgoing mail is placed in a bin outside the shop, which is an easy target for crooks and vandals. It would have been nice otherwise. Too bad I'll never go back. read more

I needed to use their fax and scanning services for my maternity leave paperwork. Any new mom knows it's very tough to get even a few minutes away from their newborn but I made the trip over to get it done. Their fax took forever and it cost $31 but I just said "whatever" paid it and left. I called my fax receiver and they told me all of the pages were blank (which means the gentleman most likely fed the paper in upside down). I called Parcel Plus, he denied any wrong doing but I asked if I could come back and re-do it and he said yes. I fought traffic to get there, I look at the hours on the door and it's closed but I can see the gentleman who helped me standing behind the counter and he just motioned to me that he couldn't do anything. This is twice I had to leave my baby and he couldn't even open the door (after he told me to come back) to let me re-fax something real quick that I paid for. My husband called to complain and they never called back. These people have no compassion whatsoever. I will not go back here under any circumstances. Thanks for the headache, guys. read more

I am not sure about the previous comment, but I know that the store is under new management and I have never been disappointed anytime I used Parcel Plus. I have sent packages, ups and usps and fed ex, faxed, copied, and used their Notary services multiple times over the past 3 or so years. This location also has a 2nd major flaw. When you drop off a FEDEX package, they assume no responsibility for the item, and cannot give you a receipt scan within the FEDEX system. They do give you a parcel plus receipt, but it says on the top that they are not responsible for packages. The FEDEX boxes are all in a big pile right in the center back of the store. Anyone could grab another person's box without the shop attendant knowing, as the attendant is usually behind the front counter assisting someone. If you don't want to risk the package getting lost with no recourse, drop at the FEDEX location on Bennet or John Young, as they can actually receive it in the FEDEX system. read more

I went to Parcel Plus recently and truly had the best service. I was sending three packages, three different places and the staff was so patient with me and accommodating. Once we had everything ready to go and it was time for me to pay, I realized I didn't have my wallet with me. (Insert sheer panic here) After my mini meltdown, the staff told me they would hold my order for me and I could pay over the phone. As soon as I got home, I called immediately, paid for my packages and received an instant receipt of purchase. To me, that is great customer service. I had no wait time and was able to send my packages easily and affordable. Thank you, Parcel Plus! I will continue to come back here now instead of going to the regular post office. read more

This Parcel Plus is amazing. The staff is very polite and helpful. I have a small business building, repairing, and doing after market modifications to electric skateboards. These guys put up with my giant boxes and even let me carry them to the back to speed things up for everyone. I've been a customer for a few years now and i plan on sticking with them. During the 6 months, I rented a mail box. I received emails from Parcel Post notifying me I had packages and certified letters, when I had neither. Most of the time, I was never notified when I had packages. When I went to the store to collect packages; I was waited on after everybody else sending packages. The crew is understaffed for the volume of customers. People sending packages took precedence over me. My arrival time at the store did not matter. Maybe, because I was already under contract with a mail box. This Parcel Post location uses a four digit mail box number, when there are only 50 boxes on the wall. The building address, in the Publix shopping center, 2875 S. Orange, requires a suite number, 500. This adds up to a lot of numbers required on every piece of mail and package. The address plus suite 500 and box 0000. I experienced many delivery problems from USPS and UPS. My packages and letters were often returned to the sender as 'undeliverable address' using the Parcel Post prescribed address 2875 S. Orange Ave. St. 500/0000 or 500-0000. I spent hours on the phone with USPS explaining the Parcel Post address format after my mail was returned to sender. Dealing with the owner was the final straw for me. She is rude, arrogant and has a defensive in your face attitude. There are better places to rent a mail box. They have better addresses, are cheaper, offer 24 hour access to mail boxes and treat you like a customer. read more

Great little pack and ship store near downtown Orlando, Great customer service and friendly staff. Extremely friendly new owners from England. They help out our company, because they have a later pick up time and if we have items that have to go out that night we can drop them off there. I have been using Parcel Plus for years to handle all of my shipping needs and never had any problems. I don't know where Michael C. obtains his information but their mailbox is inside their store in the back for security purposes and there is no access to this bin except for the postman and their employees. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shipping location! People always seem to think that when someting goes missing it is the companies fault and fail to realize that once it leaves the company they have no control over it whatsoever. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experience, On 12/13/2011 I walked into Parcel Plus and mailed a 3lb package to the US Virgin Islands Priority Mail which per the online USPS website takes 2-3 business days, today is the 21st of dec and the package has not arrived as YET and per the tracking # the package was suppose to be received by 12/17/11. Also by the information on the usps.com website parcel plus did not mail or have this package sent off until the next day which was the 14th which is not the day I mailed it, I was in that store in the 13th at 4:15 pm so the package should have left that day, I decided to call the Parcel Plus at 407 872 0533 and spoke to a man with a British accent who was very rude and should not be in the customer service business AT ALL he said it's the virgin islands and it was not the US I explained to him over and over again IT IS THE US , by him working in the postal Industry it doesn't look good that he doesn't know that and they teach you that in school and even on the usps.com website the us virgin islands packages / mail are estimated 2-3 business days. He kept over talking me and told me to call the post office, he was not helpful and I suggest you avoid this Parcel Plus because they are not friendly or even care about the fact that they messed your shipment up. The end of this is that I've reported them to the betterbusinessbureau.com and called my bank to dispute the $11.65 I paid for the service that Parcel Plus clearly did not know how to mail off correctly. I will rather waste my time at a post office then to ever waste my money on a imitation postal service. read more
