Too expensive to ship from this place and they made an awful mistake when I was shipping using them and now I don't trust them. I've been to this location multiple times for i9 verification and for notary services. Their customer service is ROCKSTAR LEVEL! I was late for my i9 appointment, so it dropped out of the 3rd party system. They told me to make an appointment for the next day, and then refreshed their local system to be able to handle the appointment. They saved me a 90 minutes round trip in traffic. They also saved me from getting flack from my employer. I highly recommend them. They care and will provide you with personalized service that you don't see from big stores or places run by high school kids with after school jobs. read more

Friendly staff but I have a hard time recommending. Prices are more expensive then other similar places and my fingerprints taken were rejected by the agency indicating they were not dark enough and rolled properly forcing me to go directly to the police agency to re-take them (additional fee). read more

I had 2 fingerprint cards done here and they were rejected, when I returned to ask if they could be done again, I was advised there was no refunds and I would have to pay $70 again. I showed the email that stated the fingerprints were rejected due to "low/poor quality prints" and let them know I wasn't asking for a refund, only for the prints to be taken correctly so they are not rejected (they guide your finger and apply the pressure during the prints). They would not re-do the prints correctly and wanted me to pay full price again which I'm not willing to do if they cannot do fingerprints correctly. I would recommend going elsewhere, you can get them done cheaper and they won't be rejected. read more

All signs posted said they were open...website said they were open....signs all over the front of the building said they were open. We loaded up a large item to send and when we got there, the door was locked and there was no one there. Won't be shipping any items from there...I'll go to UPS or Fed Ex instead. read more

Over priced and a huge waste of time. You're better off going to a big chain where they know what they are doing. Customer service is a joke. I needed to get fingerprints done but had an emergency situation and had to take a family member to the hospital. I called and was told that it was fine I didn't need to reschedule all I had to do was bring in my confirmation number when I went in. I did as I was told and drove to the store and was told to reschedule by phone. I did as I was told again, I called to reschedule. Then I am told I can't do it by phone. she tells me I have to do it online and they wanted to charge me an extra $15 when they already charged me a ridiculous amount to get these done in the first place. Clearly no one knows what they're doing and all they care about is money which they obviously so desperately need. I should have known it was going to be a mess by the awful location and appearance of the shop inside and out. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere and am expecting a refund. read more
