They prepare food on Wednesdays through Sunday, with different specials we took a quick Sunday drive over to buy bake and shark, bake and saltfish, and doubles. The bars (bread) was perfection. It was light, not oily. Both were filled with the respective protein and fresh, chopped vegetables, and good and flavorful heat. They give you big portions with the bake and shark./saltfish- each one could easily be split in two. In fact, I will have to update my review when I'm less full to rate the doubles.
