If the store is not capable of having the employees to ring transactions AND someone for Amazon returns then they need to not accept Amazon returns. When u arrived the Amazon line was 10-12 people deep and 4 people in the line to make purchases and they had ONE person going back and forth between the two lines. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 15 plus mins because they don't want to put someone extra here to handle the line. Also saw other employees randomly doing other things but ignoring the line. I have worked in retail and that is just crazy. @staplescorporate you need to make sure your stores get it together and have the staff. It is annoying to wait and wait just to have someone making a small purchase ultimately jump in front of you when you were here first.

On that rare occasion when we find a company that goes above and beyond, the urge to shout from the rooftops is hard to resist. Consider this review a very loud shout from a very high rooftop. Tired of struggling with a very slow (and old) desktop, this old codger wandered into a unassuming computer repair shop in the heart of Haines City and found computer nirvana. How often do you see "trustworthy" in a review? This was a wonderful experience and we now have a fast, reliable computer at an amazing low cost. Believe me, Amazon, Best Buy, and even Walmart cannot even come close to the quality and price that these folks provide. This is personal and professional service that will remain long after the low price is a distant memory. Not only did they work within our budget, they included upgrades that would have been beyond our reach in any other circumstance. Look around all you want, these folks want you to be satisfied and will go out of the way to be sure you and your wallet leave with a smile. (not to mention a very fast and efficient computer)

Exceptional Service at This UPS Store Location…read more This is easily one of the best UPS Store locations to drop off packages. Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly and efficiently, which says a lot about how well the team manages their workflow. One thing I really appreciate is how organized the staff keeps everything. If a customer arrives without their items ready, the team politely asks them to step to the side so they can assist customers who are prepared. It's done respectfully and keeps the line moving smoothly for everyone. Because of that, I always make sure my packages are ready before I get in line. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and professional. Almost every time I visit, I see them helping someone step-by-step with their return, Often guiding customers through the process on their phones for companies like Amazon. They take the time to help without making anyone feel rushed or frustrated. What stands out the most is their positive attitude. Even during busy times, they stay calm, helpful, and focused on making sure every customer is taken care of. Whoever owns or manages this location should be proud of this team. They represent excellent customer service and make what could be a stressful errand quick and easy. This store's staff absolutely deserves recognition. If you value your time this is the location for you. Prices are fair.

First off nobody greeted me at the desk for a few minutes till I made enough noise for the younger guy to look around the wall. He didn't approach me, I had to go to him. But he was having troubles with the copier, so he asked for help. The manager, Leilani(?) wouldn't even acknowledge him till I said something to her. When she approached me, she was in total bitch mode and was very grumpy. "Sorry if I bothered you ma'am", she replied with a grumble of sorts. What happened to customer service?? Isn't that her job? The little guy figured out it was a paper jam and fixed it. Under her breath, she asked him why he called for help then? Smh. NEVER AGAIN, will I go into that store. I'd rather go to Staples than to deal with her and the untrained staff. Maybe the owner needs to put Nick back over there. Just don't go there, you will regret it.
