What made it worse is that the employee was not assisting anyone else at the time but still refused to provide help. This is not the first time I've encountered this same behavior at this location. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address customer service at this store. I was late for my i9 appointment, so it dropped out of the 3rd party system. They told me to make an appointment for the next day, and then refreshed their local system to be able to handle the appointment. They saved me a 90 minutes round trip in traffic. They also saved me from getting flack from my employer. I highly recommend them. They care and will provide you with personalized service that you don't see from big stores or places run by high school kids with after school jobs.

What a helpful bunch of people working at this store. A coworker and I stopped in as we had some…read moreboxes to ship back to the corporate office. As we waited in line, I observed the manager helping people throughout the store with the printers and copiers, asking people in line if they had labels printed already, and just keeping her store running as efficiently as possible with quite a few customers in there. If you can use a pre-printed label, you can get in and out pretty fast. If you need to have them print labels, there were only 2 full service stations that had that service available. The manager apologized for the wait which honestly wasn't bad at all. Once we got to the clerk, it was easy to provide the shipping info and send the packages on their way. Thanks so much for being friendly faces when so many people out there just go about their jobs without any customer service skills. I appreciate it!
