One thing I really appreciate is how organized the staff keeps everything. If a customer arrives without their items ready, the team politely asks them to step to the side so they can assist customers who are prepared. It's done respectfully and keeps the line moving smoothly for everyone. Because of that, I always make sure my packages are ready before I get in line. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and professional. Almost every time I visit, I see them helping someone step-by-step with their return, Often guiding customers through the process on their phones for companies like Amazon. They take the time to help without making anyone feel rushed or frustrated. What stands out the most is their positive attitude. Even during busy times, they stay calm, helpful, and focused on making sure every customer is taken care of. Whoever owns or manages this location should be proud of this team. If you need anything done for shipping or mailing, DO NOT go to this location. Go to Haines City or Sand Mine Rd. I went in for to have copies made. First off nobody greeted me at the desk for a few minutes till I made enough noise for the younger guy to look around the wall. He didn't approach me, I had to go to him. But he was having troubles with the copier, so he asked for help. The manager, Leilani(?) wouldn't even acknowledge him till I said something to her. When she approached me, she was in total bitch mode and was very grumpy. "Sorry if I bothered you ma'am", she replied with a grumble of sorts. What happened to customer service?? Isn't that her job? The little guy figured out it was a paper jam and fixed it. Under her breath, she asked him why he called for help then? Smh. NEVER AGAIN, will I go into that store. I'd rather go to Staples than to deal with her and the untrained staff. Maybe the owner needs to put Nick back over there. Just don't go there, you will regret it. read more

Wow UPS Warehouse Davenport facility not as competitive as they used to be. Expensive, and they don't keep to published shipping times. One day, they can sit around discussing the good old days, before much-more-efficient Amazon puts them completely out of business!! read more

Although I don't send a lot of things via UPS, this location is easy to get in and out of when I have Amazon returns. Typically all you need to do is have the QR code and the item. Occasionally you will need to have it in a box or bag to go back. read more

I've used this UPS Store location frequently to drop off Amazon return packages and for that service I would recommend the location. However, today I went to use their passport photo service and after waiting in line 10-15 minutes was told they haven't offered that service at this location in nearly two years. I pointed to the sign above the counter which advertised that they offered passport and ID photos and asked why they haven't taken down the sign? No explanation and much to my surprise not even an apology. I am truly disappointed by the current staff at this location. read more

I went this afternoon to do a background check which I had made an appointment on the print website for that location and they said they wouldn't take me in because I didn't make an appointment on their website. I was never told that I needed to make an appt on their website. I wasn't their priority. What a waste of my time and gas. read more

I went to this UPS Store in the last week of November 2021 with a piece that I had hand painted for my Daughter in Texas, I did not pack it I brought it in so the employee could pack it so that it would arrive undamaged (I had total faith believing they knew what they were doing and knew how to pack it so that it would not be damaged). I did not add anymore insurance than what was offered ($100) however, this piece took me around 3 months to complete and with materials the cost would've been way over $100. The piece arrive broken, the box appeared to have been mishandled as well. In any case I did lodge a complaint and filed for the insurance claim on the broken item on December 3, 2021. I went over 3 months with the manager on getting this insurance paid out each time I was told the main office had to handle it, I just got the run around. It took me filing with the BBB to have an resolutions, it only took about 2 days for a response and payment to occur after filing. I did find out finally that the manager had closed out this claim in January and this is why the claim was not paid out until March. I will not do business with this location again, to much trouble and very little regard to the customer's need. read more

I wanted to thank Tim and Ben for all their help when I was applying for my mortgage! I needed to upload documents for approval and didn't have the equipment to do it myself. They were both patient and cooperative on several different occasions and then didn't charge me for their time! I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The only reason they're getting 1 star is because I have to in order to write a review. This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and rude employees that I've ever experienced. I took a wifi hotspot in to return to my brother in Arkansas and it needed to be to him prior to 8/14/22. I was at the store on 8/8/22 and paid for shipping and also for them to package for me. All in all, between the shipping costs and the packing material, it cost me over $50 and although they did not guarantee delivery by the 14th, the clerk said it shouldn't be a problem. I started tracking the package a few days after I was in the store and it was not giving me any information. Finally, on the date is was scheduled to be delivered, I checked and it hadn't even been shipped until 4 days after I was in the store. And at this point, it was telling me delivery would not be until the 16th!!!! I called the store and the lady I spoke to said when they did the packing, it didn't always ship the same day, which I was not informed of the day I shipped it. Long story short, it laid in their store for FOUR DAYS before they shipped it out. I told the gal that this wasn't acceptable and I expected some type of compensation or refund for THEIR mistake. She basically told me I was out of luck. So now it arrives to my brother and it was broken!!! They had used one small bit of bubble wrap, placed it in a box that was twice the size necessary and apparently with all the shifting around during shipping it broke off an antenna! I'm waiting on photos from my brother before I go to the store and file a claim for damages. But I will NEVER use this location ever again. None of what happened was acceptable and if I have to go to the BBB to get something done, I'll be more than happy to contact them. Leilaly is a terrible employee. She would rather argue with you than help you. This location never charged for labels and now they do. I explained to her that I was never charged for a shipping label before and her response is you you did. She charged me a $1.22 for a return label and she told me we don't give out a tracking receipt. So I just paid $1.22 and you won't even give me a tracking receipt? I won't be going back here because she is always rude and argumentative. She doesn't know how to use the debit card feature, so when she helps me, I have to use my cc , but when others help me my debit card works just fine. She is rude every time I go, she always tells me they can't do things they normally do, they stand around and don't help the long line. They will lock the front door during open hours. This place is the worst. They had one lady that was very nice and helpful and she's no longer there probably because they ran her off. read more
