Travis's - manager was rude and not friendly at all. For customers that don't know the process of doing returns he is not the most qualified manager to provide knowledge. He was extremely rude and I will from now on take my business somewhere else. Travis if you don't like ppl don't work guest facing. You need another job or the company should invest in providing you with training on how to speak to customers. read more

They literally want to charge you almost 5 dollars to print off a UPS label when almost all the other UPS stores in the area will do it for free if you email it to them. To me this just shows that they're not really in the business of helping, they just want to turn a quick dime. read more

I'm very pleased with the service I receive here. The staff is helpful and attentive with not just me but each and every one who walks through the door. Imagine how easy it would be while wearing a mask to not look up and greet patrons walking in. But they do greet everyone even if they are attending to someone directly in front of them. I'm appreciative of how they handle the flow of customers during this time. When I did have an issue they responded quickly and efficiently. They took responsibility and solved my issue to my satisfaction. I'd suggest you arrive early in the morning because as the day goes on, the lines stretch past the cleaners next door, almost to the Publix supermarket. read more

In the past I was easily able to ship boxes without any problem to various locations. Now you are required to purchase one of their boxes in order to ship anything. So every shipment will require at least $6-12 just for the privilege of ups?? You just lost a customer! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. Dropped off package on august 23 after noticing that tracking hasn't updated we went back to find out what's going on with my package. I was told not to worry that maybe the pick up driver hadn't scanned box but probably on its way. Here we are a month later no package still opened claim still no resolution. This company is a joke. I have always gone out of my way to go to a different UPS store and this last time really proves to me why I have avoided them for so long. I'll set the scene: I am moving state lines in less than 30 days and have plenty to wrap up. The other closest UPS store is 30 minutes away. Friday: I send 6 pages to be printed. I arrive to the store sometime later to see if it is done. After waiting for about 15 minutes as the only person in store, they tell me they are "locked out" of their accounts and can not print anything. They tell me it will be ready the next day. I am unable to come as I am wrapping up other items on my moving checklist so I note I will arrive Monday. Monday: I arrive around 4:45 which I understand is a busy time. I wait about 20 minutes to be helped, this time to get my papers and make a Zappos return. This order was shipped in 4 boxes but I only needed 2 to return all my items. When I get to the counter they tell me they can only print out 1 label and it will have to be combined into one box. I let the gentlemen use two boxes to try to find the right fit, when he tells me it's going to cost me money! I told him the Zappos website told me just to bring my items for a free return. He states that because it's only one label it has to be in one box. I let him know that this issue is between him and Zappos, not me, when he lets me know it is actually between me and Zappos. Anyone in customer service would know that if you're a business representing another business, you work it out between yourselves and do what you need to make your customer happy. I was furious. After 35 minutes of my time wasted, I told them to just give me my papers and I would ship them elsewhere. The other person working who delivered me my papers said when I left Friday they were able to print them out almost immediately after I left. I was dumbfounded. You couldn't have called me while I was still in the parking lot? You didn't have another customer in your building Friday, instead you made me waste another 35 minutes of my time? If you're looking for somewhere that has 0 customer service skills, wastes your time, and wants to rip you off, look no further, you've found your UPS store! Thank goodness I'm moving and will never have to drive 30 minutes to avoid the stupidity at this store. I wish I could give -5 stars. And for your information, I called Zappos as I was writing this review. They took less than 20 minutes to sort this out and went ABOVE and beyond to help me resolve this issue. They even offered to help me avoid a UPS store altogether! Proving this UPS store has 0 customer service skills and is completely unnecessary. If you have an Amazon return, go to a locker. If you have a package to ship, go to FEDEX. If you have a paper to print, call literally everyone you know to find a printer before you come to this store. read more

The Champion's Gate UPS store us great! Recently needed some papers notarized and I called to check the cost, $7.50 per signature and a notary is usually there. They made it easy and not that expensive. This location was clean and efficiently run. read more

We stopped in this location because we needed a notarized letter regarding a vehicle being used at a local apartment complex. When we stopped in they were not very busy and they took very good care of us. We had to write up the letter with what was needed in it and they reviewed it stamped it and signed it. The whole process was very quick and painless. The gentleman that took care of us was personable and did a great job. They were also better priced than other locations I have been to. read more

I do not recommend going to this UPS if you have an Amazon return, they will not take it unless it is wrapped up by you personally or you can spend 5 dollars for tape that you need for a strip of tape. I only found this out after waiting in line for 20 minutes and finally got to the front. This has never happened any other time I drop off Amazon boxes that are open. I'm disappointed that Amazon had a partnership with ups store. read more

Unfortunately, they lost 24 of my packages, which were for a virtual class. They lost all of these packages plus had another 15 show up late. I paid for next day shipping on all packages. This greatly affected my business as I lost thousands. UPS refused to reimburse me for most of these, and didn't even reimburse me for the shipping- go to a different location, the teenagers here don't care and will not scan in your packages, and/or throws them out. Either way, your packages won't be safe if you ship out of this location. read more

a gentleman in glasses who would not give his name. Would not let people in before the stores closing hours. left 4 of us outside because he had locked the doors early before their closing time. He called the manager Travis Tolentino who he had on the phone while yelling at us. Travis didnt not care about how his employe treated all 4 of us and did not have him do the right thing by letting us receive service or these other people that had packages to pick up. They can't just go to another store to pick up their package. This is horrible service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. This kind of behavior and horrible service happens here all the time. I and my wife were on vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs and decided to ship the home. We came to this ups store because it was the closest to where we were staying. It took a week to travel from the east coast to the west coast but everything came in and was exceptionally package. It took awhile to open all of our stuff up. But we'll worth it. Rude workers. Need to have a drop off for Amazon packages. Or a quicker way of processing qc codes that are already printed. Waiting on line just to drop something off I'd ridiculous. I asked if I could just leave the package with the code. Was rudely yelled at. The woman told me she has to scan it. I told her the code d already there and I didn't need the receipt. She again very rudely told me that I'll care when I don't get credit. It's my decision. No need to be rude. Losing $30 is not worth waiting in that long line that was out the door. Norman and his team are excellent! I've been coming to this store since I've moved to the Champions Gate area 17 years ago. From shipping, purchasing shipping supplies, faxing, copying to notary services, I do it all at this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and will go above and beyond to assist. When a package seemed to be lost, they even assisted with tracking it down and calling me with the information promptly. This location has horrible customer service.Was just dropping off a pre paid package and there was quiet a wait and 2 employees approached me to ask me if I needed a receipt for my pre paid package and I informed them I did .I understand that it is not employee's fault that there is a long wait but one employee did ask a gentleman about 5 people down the line and he needed and he responded he needed a fax and she did it immediately but instead of of letting the gentleman stand in his place on line proceed to try to put him in front of line that is not fair to other people in line that have been waiting for such a long time .Spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care so if you want to wait for a extremely long time and have someone put in your place go right ahead and visit this location. read more

Horrible service, rude. I have used them before to ship a laptop, and pre pay the return, with insurance. After waiting in line, the 1st kid who served me, couldn't figure out the box to ship in (should be easy right) and he didn't know how to process a return, so he had to ask the owner. The kid had told me the outgoing shipping was $35, the owner told me the shipping had gone up to $50 because the measurements had changed (they hadn't) then the owner told me he couldn't insure the return shipment. when I told him they had dome so last time at the end of last year he told me they had not. I told the owner that bot only had they insured it both ways last time, HE had done it for me! I even still had both out and return tracking numbers and asked him to look it up, he refused and was rude. The owner is obviously unhappy with his business and lines of drop off customers, so I no idea why he would be rude to me a call me a liar, when I am a regular paying to ship customer. I'll set up my own account and ship with FedEx, which is a shame, I like to support local business, but the owner was rude, he has lost my business. I gave then 2 stars because they had been good in the past, but today, they could care less. read more

I sent a package through ups on Wednesday being told that it will take two business days that would have been received Friday night but in reality it's been a week and it still won't be received from today to Thursday. The store sent out my package the following NIGHT instead of sending the same day or the next morning this package was sent from Florida to Texas. I've worked with ups before and never had problems but this is the first time I've went to this location and had such an unprofessional encounter that highly suggest you go to the Celebrations location instead they get the job done in a professional reliable matter!! Every time I've been in there, I mean every time the husband and wife duo are not nice and rude, and make you feel uncomfortable after a long wait as always!! I recently came in this Monday and waited and in line (25 min) until (owner) (husband) said what's going on here out loud. AS the line was out the door!!! And 4 people walking around like duh! And his wife finely called me over, after she was just walking aimlessly. Once she got to me everything was fine until she saw that I was just shipping with my own new box and not packing with there box. FIY And it was a manufactured box as I own a store and ship on a daily bases. including these same boxes, With never a problem such as this. So the package is worth over $1500 dollars and I was gonna pay the insurance when she insisted over and over, and claimed that is was a used box!!! What??? And it is clearly a new and never had been opened box from the manufacturer and never ever been opened very clear. So she wanted me to buy there packing service as she rudely said well then you need to sing a waiver stating that if anything happens it's not packed probably..... what ??? Meaning you don't buy from me and or else ?? Are you kidding me?? She even said "I'm not trying to get you to buy from us" lol must have been on her mind I'm sure!!! I said no thanks and good luck with that!! Went right down to the ups store off hwy 27 and sure enough they where great and shipped no problem with $1500 insurance and shipped it cheaper after a told them what happen they even gave me a 10% off kudos to honest service ups store off 27 behind apple bee's... it's nice not to be bullied or made to feel like I have to buy something or be pressured to buy or else. Please save your self the aggravation and time. And go else where hope this helps to save anyone time, and aggravation! Time is priceless! If could give zero stars I would! When you come to a business to print out important documents like resumes, you expect some help and professional advice. Would not recommend for anyone trying to print anything. Staff is very apathetic, condescending, and did not seem knowlegeable. Was not presented with many options for types of paper to print on. Also, they charge by the minute for when you are on the computer. Had a much better experience at FedEx. Will not return for this type of service. I'm sure if you need to ship a package, this place would suffice. Customer service is everything. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT PRETTY MUCH DOESN'T EXIST HERE. The workers (and especially the owner himself) were VERY rude. The owner, Norm, is the manager of this place and is awfully mean. He clearly does not care one bit about the costumers whether they're visitors or locals. He also doesn't seem to care if his employees, ESPECIALLY a woman employee named Jessie, are rude to costumers. He actually condones their behavior because he acts the same way himself. If someone opened a UPS store nearby it would immediately drive this one out of business. I have to imagine that the only people still going here are only doing it out of convenience. My advice to you is to go farther to USPS because the problem here is the staff. These employees have a miserable attitude and it shows in how they treat their costumers. They seem to be inconvenienced to help you as you give them YOUR money. To put it simply, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and give someone who actually deserves it your money and business. read more
