In two days she managed to hem two gowns - each with 3+ layers of chiffon and over 6 inches of length removed. And quality of the work was great. The pricing was logical and fair for the ask. I was in a hurry to have patches sewn onto a uniform. This place is located next to the Publix in Champions Gate. There is lots of parking in this plaza that includes many other shops. If you want your clothes ruined this is the place for you. I made the mistake of using this cleaner for a bulk of my dry cleaning and when picked up, it's obvious they didn't follow the care directions on any of my garments. Most were wrinkled, shrunken, and some came home with stains they did not leave with. Customer service is also a joke. read more

This is the worst dry cleaning ever. They don't remove stains and they don't do their best to get the smell of the dry cleaning liquid out of the clothes. On top of that they charge premium dollars. read more

This place destroyed my comforter and then laughed in my face when I showed them the damage. I understand that accidents happen, but they seriously need to take some ownership and have better customer service. There is a type of material all through the comforter that appears to have shrunk giving the comforter a puckered appearance in all those sections. There is no possible way I could have damaged it that way. It doesn't fit in my washing machine, that's why I brought it to the dry cleaner!! I will never go back. read more

Absolutely the worst guest service ever. I walked in and the lady was at her station working and yelled across the store "what do you need"?. I told her I needed dry cleaning. She walked up and said pick up Thursday. I told her that I needed it by Wednesday and she said with a firm voice THURSDAY! I walked right out. Lady was the only one in the store and I was the only customer. No guest service at all. No smile or greeting. I'll take my business to a place that would appreciate it. Stay away. read more

This is a great local dry cleaners in Champions Gate. I had a few items that needed to be laundered and came in early Monday morning. The woman behind the counter was so nice and looked everything over. She asked what was the earliest I needed them back, I told her Wednesday morning and she guaranteed they'd be done by then. I also didn't have to pay until I picked them up. 5 items including a suit jacket only came to $30. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to remove a small stain and that they hung my two rather expensive skirts to a hanger using safety pins they had placed through the bands of each skirt leaving small holes in the fabric. Despite those small issues, the turn around time and price were good and the service was very friendly. read more
