In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match. It took a little more time but going the extra mile was totally worth it!

I went to pick up the rest of my clothing and there it was, a big gaping hole in the front center of my shirt. They didn't apologize or anything, and to make matters worse they were about to charge me for the shirt! I asked the woman behind the counter if she was about to charge me for the shirt and she said she had to call the owner, who was in the back. The owner came out and thankfully he took off the charge for the shirt but didn't say anything about making things right, after they destroyed a $150 silk polo shirt. Will never use these people again, and will make sure everyone I know and even don't know hears about this.

While their prices are a bit higher than some other cleaners, I feel like they don't cut corners--everything always comes back cleaned and neatly pressed. Their turnaround time is about four days, but I've requested expedited service before, and they've delivered. Honestly, with the variety of clothes most people have these days, waiting a few extra days isn't a big deal. (Who wants to wear the same shirt twice in one week anyway?) If you care about the condition of your clothes, I would recommend going somewhere else. One thing to be aware of is the laundromat card. There is a minimum amount you have to put on the card, and that balance is non-refundable. The employee was also fairly pushy about how I should use the card and how much I should put on it. I explained that we were not from the area, so I would have appreciated having the non-refundable policy clearly explained before adding money. Because of the way the card system works, one load of laundry ended up costing me over $20, which I was not expecting. I've also seen other customers mention similar concerns about the card system. I wouldn't use this laundromat again. There are plenty of other places where you can expect your clothes to come out clean and the payment process to be straightforward.

Five stars for this clean, modern and easy to use coin laundromat. It's been two weeks in South…read moreFlorida since my last laundry and I found this place on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Easy parking and very presentable entrance in a busy strip mall. I had no problem converting money into a debit card. It's nice to not have to feed quarter after quarter into a machine but it does make it a bit harder to be aware of how much you're spending on laundry. One large wash went quickly (the machine has a clear countdown on it) and then the drying into three machines (because it goes faster). I then spent the next 20 minutes folding it as it dried. The machines all worked perfectly and there's plenty of room to fold. There is a television, wifi, power outlets for electronics and plenty of space to sit. The vending machines offer both laundry stuff and refreshments. When I was done, the clerk was happy to refund my debit card purchase and the remaining amount on the account. That might not be their usual policy, but I asked politely and did mention I was from out of town. [Round number review 1000 of 2024 - 1876 in Florida - 22028 overall]
