She just looked at me and said that's the best we can do. My reply, "ok I won't come back." Her further reply, "ok." No attempt to rectify the situation by even a refund on one item. No attempt to use effective customer service. Clearly this place is a take the money and run operation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I called and told them about it a few days later and he apologized, and would reimburse me but that the dress was cleaned but not pressed. What? How do you clean it then toss it somewhere. I don't even think they cleaned it. It still had that new smell when you buy sheets or clothing made in the factor, but he offered to clean and press it for free. She was given the dresses and I was charged over $40.00. She was not given the blouses. My friend took a picture of one of the dresses which had horrible stains at the top that were not there when I brought it in. I just called and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. He checked and said he had the blouses. I try to discuss how much he charged and he said, "It is what it is". I also brought up the stain, to which he said, "Maybe I should come in myself and then there wouldn't be a back and forth discussion. I have not had this experience here in the past. He actually hung up on me. There are other dry cleaners in Lake Wales if I need to use this service again. I am stunned by the lack of professionalism and rudeness. I was informed that they do not have a machine to press pleats but they could press out the wrinkles. I opted to try them out and sadly, the jumpsuit came back wrinkled anyway. The shirt should have been starched medium and was hardly starched lightly. The jacket had a small white smudge on the front that I was able to rub off. The turn around was quick and i was texted when my items were ready. Dropped on Sat afternoon and everything was ready Mon morning. I was happy to find a cleaners that used less chemicals, but not so happy with the results.

Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution.
