They're absolutely wonderful people. They are reasonable with their prices and just very efficient

I brought in a suit, dress shirt and woman's jumpsuit I needed cleaned and pressed for a wedding. Price was good (mind you, the prices were raised and are not always reflected online), work quality was passable but nowhere near what I am used to from the Korean cleaners back in Chicago. I was informed that they do not have a machine to press pleats but they could press out the wrinkles. I opted to try them out and sadly, the jumpsuit came back wrinkled anyway. The shirt should have been starched medium and was hardly starched lightly. The jacket had a small white smudge on the front that I was able to rub off. The turn around was quick and i was texted when my items were ready. Dropped on Sat afternoon and everything was ready Mon morning. I was happy to find a cleaners that used less chemicals, but not so happy with the results. read more

Super fast and cheap! Paid $11 for my uniform jacket, undershirt, and pants to be cleaned and pressed and they were ready the next day!

I brought a new blazer to be dried clean after one day of wear. After receiving my jacket, there are tears on my jacket and it still had wrinkles all over it and looked even more dirty. This is unbelievable. read more

Took in a prom dress I wasn't sure if they actually did those, but they took good care of me and the dress looked fantastic! One price for most things. In and out service no hassle! read more

I haven't used to dry cleaning service in years because of working from home. This is my first visit to the location and they did an outstanding job cleaning my suit and shirt. Will definitely be returning as the need presents itself. read more

The cleaner's manager was outstanding in resolving my issue, and all is well. They did a great job on my suit, which I am thankful for: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Reagal Cleaners. read more

Dropped off four pairs of uniform pants to be cleaned and pressed. After picking up the pants I immediately noticed all four pair of pants to have double and triple creases. I informed staff who stated the problem would be corrected and to leave the pants again. After coming back to pick up the pants the problem was even worse and looked as if the pants were beaten up. This is the third time I've had the same ongoing issue with this company. Definitely will not be going back. Not the place to bring expensive clothing. Absolutely not what I paid for. Not sure who is working the press machine but I can assure you that's not appropriate to give pants back to customers looking like this! read more

Regal Cleaners - All pants had the same issue. Absolutely not what I paid for. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Lakeland, Florida

See all

I dropped my garments off to the Lakeland location and the staff weren't mean but their attitude wasn't very welcoming ( more like they didn't want to deal with me but they had to put on a force smile). Their service was timely and they did send me a text once my garments were ready for pickup. Additionally, the price wasn't bad, and I did receive a first timers 50 % off discount which was easy to redeem. Unfortunately, my garments were returned to me unchanged. Their services are limited, so if you need steam pressed pleats and creases this store might not be your best option. read more

I am very happy with my first visit to Regal Cleaners! They cleaned 3 pieces for me, 2 of which had soy sauce stains. All pieces were cleaned and pressed as requested ( crease/ no crease/stains removed). Service was fast, ready the next day and this is their standard, not a special request! I also appreciate that the cleaners texted me to let me know my clothes were ready for pickup. This text was a total surprise and I loved it. Great job, Regal! Thank you. read more

I dropped off 2 table cloths and was asked to pay up front! Don't like that! I told them of some stains I wanted to get out, and asked at pick up if they had gotten them out and she said no some didn't come out! OK, then shouldn't I get a partial refund?? Their website says ONE PRICE, not a lot of confusing prices...then the website says 3.50, but in another place it says 2.50?!?! I was charged 14.18 for 2 white table cloths!!!!??? There was a line of customers behind me so I decided to leave and call on the phone to take this up with them....NO ONE answers the phone!!! NO MORE paying up front!!! Then when they don't complete the job satisfactorily, I won't pay what they ask for!!!! read more

I love Regal $2.50 Cleaners. Friendly staff. Great price. Good job with cleaning. Annnnd....with their new system, I get a text message when my clothes are ready. No more guessing or waiting! read more

I have been using this particular location for my dry cleaning services for several years. I don't know if maybe my English isn't being understood or my expectations are to high. I simply ask for no creases on my jeans, mind you they tag the pants with a (NO CREASE) label and still manage to get it wrong. I am spending MY !!! money so that my clothes are done a particular way and still my needs can't be met. So please folks save your money or just do not spend it here, to add insult to injury the lack of customer service is just the icing on the cake. read more

I've been waiting for over a week to be contacted by a manager regarding three items I took in to be cleaned and pressed. Regal Cleaners supposedly serviced my items twice, both times they were still wrinkled and appeared to be untouched. At this point I'll just accept the loss of $7.50 and take my clothing elsewhere. read more

I have been using this cleaners since they first open. I recently went to have some clothes done the beginning of this month. i started by asking the clerk about questions their belly program she didn't know anything about the program nor did she try to get an answer. I had dry cleaning done and jeans . I asked that the jeans be starched Heavy. Not a single pair was starched. There was a couple dry cleaning that didn't looked like they had been pressed. The jeans was mixed in with the dry cleaning. It was storming when i went to pick-up the clothes.I didn't check the clothes trying to get out of the weather. Once i got home and looked at the clothes that's when i noticed this. They tagged my clothes and on the receipt was correct. They still got it Wrong. That many pieces was not a mistake. The very next day last weds i called early to speak with Manager Nick. I was told he comes in early in the morning employee" states that Nick was in a meeting." I left my name and cell .i didn't hear from Nick non that day Weds. So i called the next day Thurs. I was told that he was not at work and he won't be back to work till Mon today. I still haven't heard from Nick. I don't normally leave reviews but i am very dissatisfied Paying Customer with the service that i have received. Nick when you read this review before you respond look up my name a look at dates 7/9/2021 and 7/12/2021. What i spent those 2 days was not a few dollars. It may be a loss but i guarantee you it WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. The only reason you're getting 1 star is because i can't submit this post without giving you 1. Other than that i wouldn't give you 1 star. read more

This was the first time I've used this cleaners and I must say it is hands-down the cheapest AND best quality I've ever got from a dry cleaning company. I was even given a discount coupon for the next time I come in (for being a first-time customer). It's only 2.39 per shirt (laundered, pressed, or starched..doesn't matter)! And I brought in 7 shirts which they were able to get done the next day. :) read more

Awesome, needed a shirt pressed on the spot and they had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes.
