Will be back for the wash & fold if another emergency happens but i will probably look for another cleaners for my comforters. *edit: The owner Betty is very sweet & called me after this review was posted. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! Since the two super sized dryers were already taken, I spent a total of $4 ($2 each) for over an hour of dryer time on medium heat. They came our beautifully! Laundry supplies are available for purchase if you didn't bring your own. Washers take dollar coins; dryers take the same or quarters. There are change machines at the back that can handle various denominators of bills. No need to go begging at the nearby businesses for change. A huge folding area (also very clean) as well as a large number of rolling laundry baskets with arms to accommodate hanging items. A single restroom -- also tidy. Old style video games or a tv on some sort of true crime channel if you get bored. There is also a laundry service available if you don't want to do it yourself. Cons: - It's not staffed. If you have problems, there's a number to call. - Very limited selection of snacks -- most of the vending machine space is taken up by liquid laundry supplies. And what there is -- well, when was the last time you saw a machine that dispensed pop tarts? (A separate machine for beverages.) - apparently there's a "guest wi-fi", but no way to access it? This is the second time I've had to use this place to launder my duvets and I'll definitely use it again should the need arise.
