After refusing to correct or discount - the cashier struggled to make change. She could not do the math without using her phone's calculator, I had to wait around while she tried to figure it out. I can't fathom being this difficult to work with, staining a customer's item, and then demanding full price for both lackluster attention to detail AND a ruined item. The positive reviews on other platforms are also pretty suspicious and read like they were paid for. Note the overuse of the business name and the weirdly generalized scenarios mentioned in most reviews. I'll add photos very soon. I hate leaving reviews but after being told rudely "pay full price then leave" I feel I have no other recourse but to negatively review them across all platforms. Offering to correct the damage or discounting for a ruined item was an option they chose not to entertain. Take your business elsewhere.
