First it wasn't going to be ready for Friday then they told me to come Saturday at 2pm and the dress wasn't even there. They asked that I come back in an hour and the manager would go get it from their facility? I come back and it was in the plastic bag, no receipt attached, but okay. I paid and later that evening when my daughter was taking it out of the bag it was wrinkled like it was in a ball. Thankfully I have a clothes steamer at home. I called and told them about it a few days later and he apologized, and would reimburse me but that the dress was cleaned but not pressed. What? How do you clean it then toss it somewhere. I don't even think they cleaned it. It still had that new smell when you buy sheets or clothing made in the factor, but he offered to clean and press it for free. I would have rather they said it wouldn't be ready and I'd take it somewhere else. Better yet just steam it! I gave them 4 stars for 1 issue.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit. I will absolutely be coming back for any clothing that I need altered in the future.
