I called and told them about it a few days later and he apologized, and would reimburse me but that the dress was cleaned but not pressed. What? How do you clean it then toss it somewhere. I don't even think they cleaned it. It still had that new smell when you buy sheets or clothing made in the factor, but he offered to clean and press it for free. I would have rather they said it wouldn't be ready and I'd take it somewhere else. Better yet just steam it! I gave them 4 stars for 1 issue.
