Honestly, that price is way too good to be true. I dropped the clothes off on Saturday, and they wanted me to wait until Tuesday to pick them up. It's a good thing I pushed for Monday. I would have paid three (3) times that if they had taken good care of my things. I brought the clothes straight there from the department store to be cleaned before we leave. I paid, got home, took the clothes out, and, as it turns out, they left FOUR holes in my daughter's Burberry skirt. These are clothes we are supposed to be wearing for my cousin's funeral in four (4) days. How dare you? On top of leaving holes in the skirt, the clothes still smell like the department store. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you kept my clothes for three (3) days and didn't clean them at all. You are thieves, and you are disgusting. I paid you $40 to poke holes in my daughter's skirt? I dropped my dress off first week of February and 2 weeks later I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready for another few hours. The total for getting my dress hemmed was $80. It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.

Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution. The wash cycle is typically 20 something minutes and I love that they have card readers as well as coin change machines. My one issue with this laundromat is the parrots they have inside. The parrots scream incredibly loud (you can hear them throughout the entire laundromat) and they do not quiet down quick. This is incredibly disrupting and honestly makes me want to leave sometimes. The parrots also semi-frequently make one side of the laundromat smell like bird, which is unpleasant. They are very cute, but I really don't understand the decision to have these birds in a laundromat. With all of that said, I do still highly recommend this laundromat but maybe bring some headphones or earplugs lol

The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

They immediately and arranged to pick up our laundry at our home the same day. They were able to handle over 200 pounds of laundry and return it to us perfectly folded and completely clean by the next afternoon. They are very friendly, responsive, and they do a high-quality work. I highly recommend them.
