So, I've been using this cleaners since I relocated and went looking for a cleaners. I tried…read moreseveral in Hunters Creek and this one was far and above the best and the one I will continue to use. Always friendly service at the counter as well. In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match. It took a little more time but going the extra mile was totally worth it!

I dropped off my clothing and got a call from them a day later saying that they put a hole in one…read moreof my polo shirts by accident. I went to pick up the rest of my clothing and there it was, a big gaping hole in the front center of my shirt. They didn't apologize or anything, and to make matters worse they were about to charge me for the shirt! I asked the woman behind the counter if she was about to charge me for the shirt and she said she had to call the owner, who was in the back. The owner came out and thankfully he took off the charge for the shirt but didn't say anything about making things right, after they destroyed a $150 silk polo shirt. Will never use these people again, and will make sure everyone I know and even don't know hears about this.

Our clothes always come back perfect and on time. If they find a loose button they fix it without saying a word or charging me. It is obvious that they are extremely conscious and pride themselves on good customer service. I have been using them consistently for two years and can count on them to do a great job. If they find a valuable in one of your pockets they have a marked bag that they place the item in and return it with your order. I love that!!! As far as the actual store...I don't love the green walls... for some reason the color is a little unsettling for me but they pump in an air freshener that is awesome!!
