Wesmere Dry Cleaning is exceptional!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are a little higher but you definitely get what you pay for. Our clothes always come back perfect and on time. If they find a loose button they fix it without saying a word or charging me. It is obvious that they are extremely conscious and pride themselves on good customer service. I have been using them consistently for two years and can count on them to do a great job. If they find a valuable in one of your pockets they have a marked bag that they place the item in and return it with your order. I love that!!! As far as the actual store...I don't love the green walls... for some reason the color is a little unsettling for me but they pump in an air freshener that is awesome!! read more

On every other occasion in which I have enlisted their services I have been given a reasonable price, high mind you, but reasonable, for the services being rendered. Every time I went there it was always to have the same articles of clothing dry cleaned, that's important to remember later on. As you can see in the picture, in July I had two articles of clothing, part of a set, dry-cleaned and was given a price of $16.93. When I came back in October, I had the exact same articles of clothing dry-cleaned plus one other set of equal tender. Only this time, I was charged an additional $19.95 that I'd never been charged before on any other occasion in which I had enlisted their services for these particular garments. And I had before for both sets. I made the cashier/worker aware of this, but to no resolve. In every other transaction I had interacted with a younger Asian gentleman who I don't recall the name of, whereas in this case it was an older Asian gentleman that I had never done transactions with before. These are the only physical descriptors I can recall. Perhaps, the older gentleman is more keen to heap on additional charges, in which case you would just need to avoid him specifically. Be careful about exceptional behavior and unfair or inconsistent charges. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

We began taking our clothes to them in the fall of 2016, and they have consistently delivered great customer service, excellent quality, and prompt service. (Our clothes are frequently ready even before the promised delivery time.) One small story shows just how considerate and customer-oriented they are. I brought in a pair of jeans with a missing button. I pointed it out to the young man so that they would know I was aware the button was missing and would not worry that they had somehow lost the button. Wesmere Cleaners left me with a bad taste in my mouth and on my clothes. I dropped off 25 items for dry cleaning and returned 5 days later as requested. Upon inspecting the clothes the items were in first condition than when I originally placed them into Wesmere's care. A $90 shirt purchased from Brooks Brothers ruined with overheated press, $150 black trench coat stained in cleaning process, and $200 custom button down shirt ruined with a mysterious mechanical tear. I've been going to the Windermere location for years now. In the last several months, I've made a 25 minute drive to the store to either pick-up or drop-off my clothes to only find them closed during posted hours of operation. I understand if a location needs to close during the pandemic, however, there is never a note on the door, nor do they answer the phone. I've addressed this with the owner and he shrugs it off saying that other employees keep calling out of work which isn't truthful - these are days he is working the location and it is slow so he closes down earlier than anticipated. I can't say I have a ton of experience with dry cleaners but this place makes it such a seamless process I feel like I have been missing out my whole life. Everyone is extremely friendly when you are dropping off and picking up....very polite, formal...I really like it. I usually drop off about 5-6 items and it's about a 2 day turn around. They also do alterations but when you walk in there is just a counter so it might be something done at a different location and you can just make an appointment here...not sure. This is the first time I've used this Dry Cleaner and it will be my last. Prices seemed very high but I was in a pinch. Dropped my suits off on Monday and was told they'd be ready by Wednesday. When I arrived to pick them up at 6:40 on Wednesday the store was closed and the lights off even though the store hours are posted on the front door as 9-7 Monday thru Friday. I attempted to call their other location near and to see what the reasoning was (and to hopefully still get my dry cleaning. There was no answer... I recently moved to town and had passed this place several times- so when it came time to bring in some new pants for alterations, I decided to try them out... I brought 6 pairs of pants to be hemmed, and the price (while a little high) was fine, picked them up a week later and thought nothing more of it... Upon putting on one of the pairs of pants today (about a month later) I noticed that one side was just pressed and not hemmed at all (the other leg was hemmed). Thinking it was a fluke I grabbed the other identical pair of pants and they had the same issue-- one side was hemmed while the other was pressed and this leg you could see a hem was started (about 6 stitches) but never completed. I checked all the other pants and they were hemmed fine so I decided to take them in (assuming this would be an easy "so sorry, we'll fix it" issue). Upon explaining the situation to the counter worker, he said he'd need to contact his boss. He proceeded to explain the situation to him, and let me know that the boss said he'd give me a 50% discount to hem the other leg... um what? So, I kindly said "May I speak to your boss?" thinking maybe this was something that was 'lost in translation'. Upon speaking to the boss "owner?" he tersely told me the same thing-- "I will pay out of my pocked half the cost to hem the other side". I asked if he was serious-- that he wasn't coming out of pocket at all because the money in his pocket was there because I paid for a service that wasn't done and he didn't budge. Needless to say I took my pants and my business elsewhere-- it wasn't a matter of money but principle-- these people don't care about their customer or service level... this was a cheap fix- and for his theory that maybe this wasn't their mistake to hold water, I'd have had to go to another place for alterations, request they only do one leg of each pants- and then show up there for the other leg free... thank god this was a simple fix-- can't imagine what would happen if they botched something of real value! We have been using Wesmere Dry Cleaning (both locations) for many, many years. We are always graciously greeted and everyone is always helpful. There have been a couple of times we have needed to get dry cleaning and found that it was closing time. With a quick call, the doors were still open for us when we got there - saving the day! They definitely go above and beyond with customer service. Whites came back dingy after first clean after buying new. These were high quality shirts, pocket squares. My mistake sending a load of many whites without knowing. I'm looking for a cleaner that has a good regiment of distilling often if anyone has suggestions. read more
