So, I've been using this cleaners since I relocated and went looking for a cleaners. In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match. It took a little more time but going the extra mile was totally worth it!

I dropped off my clothing and got a call from them a day later saying that they put a hole in one…read moreof my polo shirts by accident. I went to pick up the rest of my clothing and there it was, a big gaping hole in the front center of my shirt. They didn't apologize or anything, and to make matters worse they were about to charge me for the shirt! I asked the woman behind the counter if she was about to charge me for the shirt and she said she had to call the owner, who was in the back. The owner came out and thankfully he took off the charge for the shirt but didn't say anything about making things right, after they destroyed a $150 silk polo shirt. Will never use these people again, and will make sure everyone I know and even don't know hears about this.

It is obvious that they are extremely conscious and pride themselves on good customer service. I have been using them consistently for two years and can count on them to do a great job. If they find a valuable in one of your pockets they have a marked bag that they place the item in and return it with your order. I love that!!! As far as the actual store...I don't love the green walls... for some reason the color is a little unsettling for me but they pump in an air freshener that is awesome!!

I decided to give them a try because they couldn't possibly be worse than my current dry cleaner, right? So I stopped in. Per usual, I had my lab coats from work that needed to be cleaned and pressed. Almost immediately after coming in I was acknowledged and greeted pleasantly. The lady was very friendly, and apparently is the preferred dry cleaner for my clinic job, even offering a pickup and delivery service if I were stationed at the local office. (We are a very large practice with locations across central Florida.) The intake process was quick and efficient. Even though I was brand new to the location, all she needed was a name and a phone number. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, including chatting time. I dropped them off on a Friday morning, and since there was no rush pickup was scheduled for the following Tuesday afternoon. They do have rush service available if it's needed though. My order was ready on time, and perfectly cleaned and pressed. Pick up was just as smooth as the drop-off was. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the experience and will continue coming back to this location.

He's a nice, down-to-earth guy who remembers his customers... even the very new ones. 2) Quality Work: I was very happy with the end result. 3) Location: For folks in the SoDo neighborhood, this is a very convenient spot. It's close to a Publix, Freshfields, Target and other businesses. The one negative: My dry-cleaning wasn't ready on time. I was told to stop by after 5 PM on a Wednesday. I stopped by late in the afternoon on a Thursday and was told it wasn't ready yet and to stop by again late Friday, because they needed to try to remove a spot they'd missed. I live a block away, so it wasn't a big deal. But if this was for clothing that I needed urgently, I would have been unhappy. A courtesy phone call would have been nice.
