My former colleague recommended Parisian Cleaners to me years ago and I've literally never looked back. I've been coming to this establishment for at least five or so years and they are hands down the best cleaners in town. The staff is excellent (and some are islanders; so, quite often we've bonded over that fact as my family is Jamaican). Everyone is so kind and always welcoming! I love how they just know all of their customers so well. It really makes the experience of bringing your clothes in for dry cleaning services worth the while. While I've only had maybe one or two garments in all my years bringing my clothes here that they recommended I just simply hand wash, I've NEVER been disappointed with any items I've picked up. On most occasions, if not all, my garments usually come back looking as new as the day I purchased the item in the first place. All that aside, I must quickly mention the price points. Price-wise, this cleaner is really reasonable/affordable. Some cleaners, especially if you need extra cleaning or work done to remove a stain or what have you, can get pretty pricy. I find that this isn't the case here and it truly just adds to the overall experience. Something to keep in mind if going to the dry cleaners is something you've steered clear of due to pricing. This establishment won't break the bank. All in all, Parisian Cleaners is truly a wonderful company. The staff takes pride in the services provided and it shows. I went to 3 dry cleaners today and they were the only ones that attempted to and actually did semi fix my items!!! My mom threw my baby alpaca clothes I got from Peru into the washer and it completely destroyed them. They're shedding, they shrunk and they're just not as soft anymore! They were the only ones that actually took the items and attempted to fix it. They steamed it and there was actually progress!!!! They got some of the size back and my beanie actually fits now!!!! Sadly they couldn't fix the shedding but that's a personal problem. They were so so so nice!!!!!!! Last week, I dropped off five dresses and a blouse. It was ready last Friday but I didn't have a chance to pick up until today. Was $85 on pickup, so I assume each dress is $15 and the blouse was $10. One of my dresses had a stain on it. Whether or not I caused the stain, I don't know. I probably did. I guess they didn't notice it when I dropped it off; But I did see it upon pick up, and I requested it to be redone. They are redoing it at no extra charge. I dropped off two more dresses and another blouse, and went over every item with the owner. She marked the stains. We did not do that for my first drop off, so maybe that's my fault. In the future, I will continue to go over the items when I drop them off. I checked for missing buttons, tears, etc. Some small blemishes on my items which may have been present before. I will continue to inspect each pickup in the store, for quality. As for now, I am happy with this place. They have reasonable hours of operation. Small business that I am happy I found. I visit once a week to drop off my work coat! The gentleman at the counter knows me and I am pretty sure he knows ALL the customers by name. 5 Stars for a dry cleaner with integrity and reasonable prices. Plus, a kickass retro sign and somehow its location among residential homes works! Why integrity? I brought in three dresses and a suit jacket and Z was very meticulous and honest when evaluating the pieces, checking the proper cleaning instructions, and advising me how to wash the jacket myself (because the fake leather could crack under their industrial cleaners). Honest and saved me money! Beyond that, I needed one of the dresses for the following evening and she said that was no problem. In fact, all three dresses were ready by then. In the end, for three evening dresses (one being full-length and fully sequined), I paid around $35. This feels like a reasonable price and the timespan was doable because they clean right there at their location-- versus sending it out to a facility. read more

Most importantly everything they have given back to me has looked pretty good. The people that work there are friendly and nice as well. They seem to be pretty organized. It's the first dry cleaner in years that I've gone to that doesn't use a computer system. Yet everything is done well and efficiently with the old fashioned paper method which I find impressive. I just had my wedding dress dry cleaned. It took about a week and a half. It was kinda pricey though.

I usually don't get my own dry cleaning done as my parents have a good cleaner near their house and my mother takes many of my dress shirts to that business if any of them need to be done. I had at least 10 shirts that needed to be done this week, though, and wasn't going to be up near where my parents live in Longwood, so I decided to give Parisian Cleaners a chance this past Saturday. I picked up my shirts today and they appear to have been expertly cleaned. This cleaning order consisted of at least 10 shirts (maybe 11; I may have miscounted by one, or maybe two ... I don't know now ... haha) and the total was $29.40. I suppose that's a pretty decent deal, though since I don't usually pay for my shirts to be cleaned (see the paragraph above) I don't have much of an idea. My mother did tell me that I should expect for each clean shirt to cost $2 or slightly more, so $29.40 for the number of shirts that I dropped off seems fair. As previous reviewer Doron R. mentioned, perhaps this is a slightly more expensive price than what other places nearby charge. I may try some of the businesses along Mills Ave. next time just to see what their rates are. To this point, Parisian Cleaners has done a great job for me and I probably will be back at some point, especially since it is so close to where I live. read more

I brought my dress in a shipping bag and she gave it back to me in a stunning, ideal state. Went here for some clothing that had some mold growing on it and couldn't say nicer things about them. The two gentlemen at the front were friendly and helpful.
