5 Stars for quick cleaning services, a convenient drive up door for drop-off and pick-up, and fantastic customer service every time. Last time I was there, Angelica was her typical incredibly friendly self and let me know that once I hit $250 worth of services I will get an email with a $25 reward that I would be able to claim. I would definitely have missed this email, so I'm thankful she reminded me! There's another young woman who works there and some guys who help load my car and, again, they are so nice! Oh yeah, and they do a great job (lol). I use them often for heavy duty event linens (wash, dry, and fold) and they are very reasonably priced and come packaged neatly and compactly. Previous review: I recently had to have a large number of black table linens cleaned and knew just the place to go. They have a service where they can wash, dry, fold, and package linens in a way that is affordable and easy to carry (they provide large substantial bags). I've used Orchid Cleaners for linens a few times and always had a good experience. Note that you can drive right up and pick up your clothes (drive-thru style). It's not immediately obvious, so it's more of an IYKYK kind of thing. Highly recommend! read more

Great service as usual and they got my clothes back to me a day early! The employees are very friendly. read more

I've been looking for a cleaners that doesn't use nasty chemicals. I've had several items cleaned at Orchid, and they come out clean with no smell or shrinkage. The shop doesn't have the smell of a conventional dry cleaners either. Jobs are done within a few days. This seems to be my go-to place for "dry" cleaners now. read more

5 stars for this local dry cleaning service that prioritizes customer service and attention to detail. They are conveniently located in the heart of Mills 50 and I love that they have a drive-thru situation where you can easily pull up, drop-off and pick-up when it's ready. They have fair prices and I don't ever feel like they trying to trick me into paying for a more expensive service when I just want a simple wash and fold. Truly the friendliest staff! My husband and I both have a select few clothing items that we bring here to be dry cleaned regularly. They also came in clutch when our washer broke and we desperately needed clean laundry. Being that I also host a lot of events, they take care of my table linens for me and package them up very nicely to be stored away for the next event. Pro tip: You are charged by the weight of your items at the end when you go to pick them up. We thought it would be less expensive to have some of our items air dry at home, but since they are heavier when wet, that is not the case. read more

Orchid Cleaners has been my go-to dry cleaner for the roughly 10 years I've been living in the Colonialtown area. Their service is reliable and consistent - I've actually never had a single issue with any of the items I've brought in. I've used their stain removal services, basic wash + fold, linen tablecloth cleaning, and standard dry cleaning services, and everything has come back in top notch condition. There were a few times that my really old washing machine has crapped out on me and Orchid has saved the day a handful of times doing a basic wash + fold. Such a convenient service and I'm grateful they're so close by. Their prices have seem to gone up over the years, which makes sense in thie economy, but thankfully their service has remained at a high level. Drop-off couldn't be more convenient. You can go through their drive-thru area and quickly drop your items off. If you have a credit card on file already, the service and payment is even faster. I often get my garments back within 2-3 days and am conveniently texted whenever it's ready. Highly recommend! read more

Always great service. My uniforms are done first class .definitely would recommend them .

I brought an old dingy 30+ year baptism outfit to Orchid Cleaners and they brought it back to life. I was so happy to see my baby wear this special hand me down. I also brought in many bridesmaid dresses for alterations. I'm very short and they were able to hem and adjust my dresses perfectly. Customer service is great and my family and I can always count on them! read more

I accidentally ripped my dress right before a meeting! I stopped at orchid and the attendant not only gave me a safety pin, but she pinned my dress perfectly! I can't even tell I ripped it. All was done right at the drive through window! In less than 5 minutes I was on my way to work. That's some seriously great service!! read more

Under new management and undergoing major renovation/business process improvement, now called Orchid Cleaners. I spoke with the new owner, seems very young and ambitious. Quality and service over everything looks like his business philosophy. We'll see I guess.. The new drive through and laundry bag (you have to ask for one) makes it super easy to drive in and out quick and easy. Definitely recommend giving them a try! Max read more

Nothing but smiles still as far as their service goes. The last time I was there I had a great deal of stuff to carry out with me. So the nice man working came out from behind the counter to walk my clothes to the car. Chivalry apparently still exists. I also realized during my last trip that they have a drive up window to make things easier for those truly "on the go." read more

Awesome service. The owner, Daniel, went far beyond what I would expect to make sure that I was able to get my dry cleaning and tailoring on time. I would recommend Orchid to anyone! Great service!! Daniel was willing to take my tailoring across the street to a competitor just to make sure that it was taken care of as I put myself in a time crunch. read more

The whole staff is super friendly and helpful! I honestly haven't taken anything to the dry cleaners before getting married. I took my rehearsal and wedding dress there to get cleaned and they did an amazing job! They preserved my dress and vail in a sealed box with a certificate and helped me carry it to my car. Now that is service! They send a text message when ready to pick up which is great. I will definitely be taking all of my dry cleaning to them. Best of the best! read more

I have used Orchid cleaners twice to dry clean some comforters I've had tucked away for a while. The price are average $30-$35ish for a Queen comforter or large blanket. Drop off was quick and seamless, they gave me a little tag with my name and I received an email to sign up for their online portal where you can schedule drop offs, see when your items are available, and see your history with prices. I was able to get my comforters back in 3-5 days while some other places said 1-2 weeks. Overall great experience. read more

Orchid definitely did a great job taking care of a shirt I dropped off. However, I'm not sure why it took 5 days to dry clean and press one shirt. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't ask for expedited service. I'm just wondering if next day service is possible and how much extra is the charge?? It's good to know where I can take my non-urgent cleaning needs and know that they'll be handled well. I like the text message service & notifications. That's pretty clever and helpful! The staff was super friendly and welcomed me both times I visited (drop off & pick up). read more

Been coming here for years! Long story short, new mgmt is trying to nickel & dime you. They even let me walk out with a missing item that wasn't even at their location! Its been a whole week. My assumption is that its lost. We'll see. They also charged me for dresses when they were blouses and for a hand press that I was never charged in years past. I'm also 50/50 in believing I gave them another shirt I didn't get back. Its a shame because they are courteous and do a great job. I just don't like being taken advantage of. Make sure you look at your receipts! read more

All around excellent experience. If I had known dry cleaning could be like this, I would have tried it sooner. Friendly faces, very timely and affordable dry cleaning service received for suit/blouses I needed for multiple job interviews. Highly recommend! read more

Reliable dry cleaners at a decent price. Staff is always friendly and I'm never disappointed with the results!

Nicest people, best service in town! I ended up with only 3 days before I had to fly out for back-to-back weddings. They not only got 2 shoe shines and my beer-stained tie all taken care of (and a day early, no less!), but they were absolute sweethearts throughout the whole process. When they make a promise, they keep it! read more

Won't say too much here - until it gets officially changed to new ownership name of Orchid Cleaners...but let me tell you - these new, young, ambitious, brand oriented owners are ready to be a great product on Mills50. I have had two, young (charmingly kind!) guys help with my drop off and pick up. Both, at separate times had a friendly, welcoming - and beyond focused energy on being a cleaner of choice. I will write more when the business change...GREAT product in town. #welcometomills50 read more

Had a great experience with Orchid Cleaners. This company really went above and beyond. We had a dress with a very difficult stain that needed to be cleaned in just a few days. The team was incredibly nice to us, even after many other cleaners turned us away saying it was impossible to remove these stains. Never had such a great experience at the cleaners, thank you again. read more

Yelp helped me find these guys, so it should be fair to pass it along. A clean well run dry cleaners is hard to find, but this place is it. Between the great service, and use of technology for checking on your inventory from your phone, they have covered. I don't know how you could improve upon this place. Try it for yourself. read more

These guys do their best to make you happy. I think Eriko ruined her clothes / blanket and expected a miracle. I had a left $50 in a pocket by mistake and they gave it back to me when I picked up my cleaning. read more

Things are returned with stains, I understand that every stain can't come it, but I feel like this should be pointed out when you pick up your stuff. I also dropped off a comforter that came back with new stains. I felt the workers there did not handle the situation well, or really offer any solution. I do not recommend this dry cleaners. read more

I have been using Orchid Cleaners for about 6 months now. They have the friendliest service and my clothes always come back looking great, stain free and nicely ironed. I usually dry clean 5-6 shirts and 5-6 pants per week. Prices are very reasonable. They are eco-friendly as well which is an added bonus! read more
