My pants and suits are expensive so I am very particular about the alterations and expect good quality professional alterations. I have had hemming here before with no issue. Well 3 weeks ago I dropped off 5 pairs of new expensive suit pants to be hemmed and they were an array of unique colors. When I dropped them off I told Don the owner to make sure they were hemmed with matching thread as professional hemming should be done. I pick them up the next week and they look horrible!! Sloppy stitching, unraveling thread, and they used black and white thread on all the pants (see pic). I saw this AFTER Don rang me up and I paid. I told him absolutely not this is not what I requested. He said fine leave them and they will fix. Came back a week later (so they had my pants for 2 weeks total ) and look at the work they did? Horrible nothing changed. They said they only had black and white thread. I said why didn't you tell me that when I dropped them off I could have taken them somewhere else! This is not what I paid you to do.. his response "no one can see them it's on the inside". So that is there excuse for sloppy work. That no one can see. He then tells me that the person who did my alterations before is retired. Again he did not tell me this or I would have went elsewhere. His response.."I don't have to tell you anything". Don is nice when you don't have any complaints but as soon as you have an issue with the work or service he is rude, dismissive and the other older guy that does the alterations is very aggressive and rude. They have ZERO customer service skills which is very important in this type of business because issues are inevitable so how you resolve and handle them is what matters and they absolutely do not care!! Stay clear of this place!! The last photo is proper hemming from a different company which I had to pay more to fix the crappy work Don's employees did of the same exact pants. Work at Dons place was sloppy and you can see the white thread peeling already the same day I picked them up and they hadn't been worn or washed yet!! Worst part he refused to give me a full refund he gave me only $40 when I paid $75. No worries I did a charge back at my bank and they will be getting the money for them so either way I got my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB and code enforcement because why is their company not even registered or listed on FL sunbiz??!

However, all dry cleaned clothes were returned to me with a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell. The smell does not go away even after hanging the clothes for weeks outside. I brought back two sweaters that had been hung for a month and they repeated the dry cleaning for free. The two sweaters smelled even worse when I picked them up. Although their customer service is very good, the clothes they dry clean cannot be worn because of the strong chemical stench they add to them. I do not recommend this dry cleaning establishment.

She showed me where to get change (bring cash folks) then she showed me the different sized washing machines. There's literally normal, medium, and large sized washing machines. the large machine though will set you back $11 as of 2024. For the Queen sized comforter I brought in I was able to use the medium sized one no problem for $6.25. It's $1 more if you use hot water. Oversized dryers were cheaper for some reason. I was able to dry my comforter for $3.50. While I was waiting for my clothes, the nice lady offered me hot coffee and cookies which I politely turned down but who does that? It's the little things that add up. There's also free wifi and snack vending machines. The next time I need to have an oversized item cleaned, I'll definitely come here.

The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.
