Five stars for this clean, modern and easy to use coin laundromat. It's been two weeks in South Florida since my last laundry and I found this place on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Easy parking and very presentable entrance in a busy strip mall. I had no problem converting money into a debit card. It's nice to not have to feed quarter after quarter into a machine but it does make it a bit harder to be aware of how much you're spending on laundry. One large wash went quickly (the machine has a clear countdown on it) and then the drying into three machines (because it goes faster). I then spent the next 20 minutes folding it as it dried. The machines all worked perfectly and there's plenty of room to fold. There is a television, wifi, power outlets for electronics and plenty of space to sit. The vending machines offer both laundry stuff and refreshments. When I was done, the clerk was happy to refund my debit card purchase and the remaining amount on the account. During my recent trip, I looked up laundromats and chose YoWash Laundromat. I was very happy I chose this place in Sarasota. The worker Adis welcomed me in with a friendly smile. This place was spotless. All the machines are sparkling clean. I showed her my bag and she took me to the smallest machine that would fit my little bit of things. She told me the cost to wash & dry and took me to the machine where she patiently assisted me to purchase the laundry card and add the necessary funds on it. ADIS made me feel at ease and helped me start the machine. She told me how long it would take so I set the timer on my phone. When I returned after putting the clothes in the dryer I went into the bathroom. People, the bathroom was also sparkling clean. The walls, corners on the floor, around the toilet, the faucets so shiny also a small well cleaned wooden table in the corner, I was very impressed. I highly recommend YoWash Laundromat and having Adis assisting me with her courteous and friendly manner, she serves as a good asset for this company. Adis, you made my day. This was the best experience I ever had at a laundromat. Maybe you should consider opening up one in Lakewood Ranch because there seems to be a need for one. read more

Not so often I have to knock out 6 loads of laundry and a queen size comforter. This place is very clean. It's been years since I've been to a laundry mat so I can't really compare prices. But it's nice you put money on a laundry card. A lot of machines ranging from 20lbs to 80 lbs loads of wash and dry. Lots of folding space. All stainless steel so easy for them to disinfect. Angelica was very helpful and friendly helping me set up the card and walking through each machine. Bonus there is a Little Caesar's next door to by some time in between loads. Highly recommend! I rarely frequent laundromats but when traveling with teenaged football players, one NEEDS a washer! We were frustrated by our hotel's sub-par laundry facilities so we checked out our options. YoWash was somewhat close and happened to be next to a Little Caesars. Remember, teenaged football players! The laundromat was very clean & well-lit with plenty of options for load sizes. Buying a reloadable card to pay for washing & drying was intuitive and easy. We didn't connect our cards via the app but if we had, it would have kept us updated on remaining times for our loads! Both the washers and dryers were very clean and worked well. It was very convenient and saved us from having to manage stanky laundry when packing for home. Highly recommend. read more

I love using YoWash to get my laundry done every week. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The staff does an amazing job and are very helpful. Several different size machines to choose from, allowing you to get your laundry done in a decent amount of time. I do a week's worth of laundry for my family of 5 in less than 2 hours. We were very disappointed in the lack of customer service. We attempted to ask about their system and the person couldnt even speak English. Their pricing is outrageous compared to other similar businesses. It appeared very clean is about the only positive we came up with. I was actually heading across the street to a competitor's laundry mat, when I went across the way to YoWash Laundromart as it appeared more to what I was looking for. Inside, it is kind of snug, so don't anticipate a roomy environment. As for the machines, I was very much satisfied. Everything was a great price, from the detergent and add-ons that you can buy, to the washer and dryer's, even the larger load capacity. read more

We're staying at a nearby RV resort, and the laundry prices were pretty high. We looked around, and saw that this laundromat had five stars. We fully support their rating! I have never, ever been in such a clean, spacious, extremely well-cared-for laundromat. Everything is new and shiny. The floors are clean, the bathrooms are clean - you come here to clean your clothes, so it's nice when everything around you is so sparkling clean! Also - they have so many fantastic options. Everything runs on a YoWash card that you need to pre-load with money. I was worried about that, since we won't be back in the area for some time, and I didn't want to leave any extra money on the card I couldn't get back. However, it's really easy to walk around and add up how much it's going to cost to do your laundry. So, have a look around, figure out all the various machines and options available, and then get your card. We left with a $0 balance. :) Here are some examples: There are multiple sizes of washing machine. We combine all of our washing together (no separating whites from darks for us) and were very happy to dump our entire load into a 40 pound machine. They have as small as a 20 pound load machine (min. $2.75 to run) up to an 80 pound load machine (min. $9.50 to run). These prices are for a cold or warm wash. You have the option to pay more (depending on the options, they're at $0.25 increments) for hot water, for extra washing time, extra spin cycle, etc. You can also decrease the time by 7 minutes if you want a quick wash. We just used a basic cold wash in the 40 pound machine, which was $4.75. We added 7 minutes by selecting "heavy load" for $0.50 extra (we could have chosen just a few more minutes for $0.25 by selecting medium size load, too.) The dryers operate in a similar manner. There are different sizes and prices. We chose the biggest one, since that works best and most quickly for large loads. We could add minutes incrementally, $0.25 at a time. And this is how we used the remaining $0.50 on our card, by adding more minutes to our drying time. Of course, they also have high tech vending machines for any laundry items you might have forgotten, and you'll need your card to get into the super clean restrooms. Also, so many great touches, like all of the machines are at a great height to pull all of your items out without stretching up or crouching down. The laundry carts they provide are all in great condition, and they are the perfect height to roll up to a machine and still be able to open the door. Plus - incredibly speedy, free wi-fi! All in all - we'd give it ten stars if we could. I never thought a laundromat could get full marks, but this one is the best we've ever been in! read more

So let the endeavor began. I was at home and the laundry area at my residence was out of service. So left to look for a washer and dryer. Stopped here on a whim. And it didn't take forever and a decade in the machines. Washer(the heavy duty one that takes 80lbs) only toke 16 mins. And the clothes came out clean. And smells are all gone. But still. Only 16 minutes. Dryer is taking only 30 mins. And the staff is very friendly. And knowledgeable about the services offered. What would normally take me about 2-4 hours is taking about a hour and change. Facility is a bit pricey. But worth every penny. I will be returning here again. PS if you leave the wash in the machine. It sends you a reminder text when your wash card is registered. read more

Don't get me wrong place is nice, machine probably state of the art, but the system they use to pay for washes sucks they make you get a card that you have to add fund's too. Furthermore the owner is a crook I dropped my card right next to the machine he was working on , and when I came back to look for my card, he saw I was looking all over for it, a women came up to me and asked if I was looking for a card, she said she found it and gave it to the owner, I went and asked him he gave me a smirk and gave me the card, the smirk said it all. Not worth the money and the place is over slammed by there own staff using the machines anyway. read more

I have been staying a hotel for the past 2 weeks and of course you have to wash your clothes. But this place is hands down the nicest and cleanest that I have been to since I have been in town. The staff is amazing you don't have to worry about it not being enough machines. The biggest plus you don't have to lug quarters around, everything is cashless. read more

I live in downtown orlando where the cost of living is higher than Kissimmee and 32 minutes is $1.25 here... they were way overpriced. Would not return. read more

Nice facility, nice new machines, but one serious problem: their machines don't offer an option for just a spin cycle. Why would that be an issue, you may ask? Well, imagine you bring bulky bedding in to wash in the 80# machines and the machine malfunctions and does not spin out all of the water correctly ... that's right, you guessed it: you have to put it through an entire wash cycle again. In the meantime you are being flanked by one bossy staff member in particular who clearly feels she's been inconvenienced by the whole thing and is complaining that she now has to clean up water. This I found amusing because imagine that I'm on my day off paying to use their machines ... I'm the one being inconvenienced, because I'm the one paying ... she's there to work. To be fair, they paid for the second wash, but I could have done without the guff. Any good laundromat will have at least one machine with a spin-only cycle or a centrifuge to deal with problems specifically like this. Fail, Yo-Wash! read more

Cleanest laundry mat I have ever encountered. Plenty of staff, if you need have a question, and they was someone cleaning the machines and sweeping the floor for most of the time I was there. Machines were efficient with quick drying time. I just moved here and am between houses, so had several loads to do, but will definitely be back to wash large comforters in the future. read more

The ladies that work there specifically Dolly ( hope I spelled that right) and Angelica are super helpful and make the whole process a lot easier to understand and work the machines! I especially want give a shout out to Dolly(sp) because today I misplaced my keys while there and she was attentive enough to recognize me from the picture on the keychain and had them for me at the register. That made what could have been an awful experience into an amazing one I was so grateful that she did that , that's why I wanted to leave a positive review and just say how much they're appreciated.
