It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.

She's altered all kinds of pieces for me from dresses to pants, shorts, and jeans in all different fabrics and styles, and if something isn't doable she'll tell you honestly which I really appreciate. I usually go in for hems or to cinch things in and it always comes back fitting perfectly. There's a room to try things on. She's probably done about 20 items of mine at least. Based on my discussions with the owners, Dipti and AJ Patel, they are proud of the business they purchased over 10 years ago and turned around, resulting in satisfied long time customers. They recognized the challenge in front of them back then, replaced workers, and made the business what it is today. I suggest you base your decision on the reviews of the last five years. I found this dry cleaners to be clean and the owners friendly and professional. Dipti explain to me that they have a VCARD text process which links to your personal account. This allows you access to your cleaning preferences, checking the status of your order, placing pick up requests and documenting your receipts. This process also sends you a text as soon as your items are ready for pick up. I found this process quite convenient. You can even text the business back if you have any questions. My suit was ready for pick up on the day I specified, I received a text stating my order was ready and I was completely satisfied with the final result. Final note, I requested the local Yelp management remove the primary picture when you click on this business, which consists of a caricature when I searched for this dry cleaners. It consisted of a character with thumbs down stating "Boooo!" It's interesting that the person who posted this picture did not complete a corresponding review justifying his rationale. I added several new pictures in support of Spenser Cleaners. I suggest you give them a try if you're looking for a good dry cleaning business.
