Tired of other laundry mats I decided on Coin-A-Magic as a last resort. This one is located on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. I've met the attendant there whose name is Esther. Her competency, knowledge, and approach of service was mind-blowing. This is hard to find in any customer service genre. Esther was attentive, honest, and altruistic in helping people of all stripes. You don't find help like this ANYWHERE in this day and age. And the laundry mat itself was spotless, spacey, and workable. The coin exchange, unlike others, was easy to understand and operable. I noticed too that Esther took tender care of her machines as she did in others that needed help. To the owners of Coin-A-Magic you've got a keeper. One in a million. ~ Cullen Dorn read more

Great laundromat ever. I like Pat and the helper because they mentained the place clean at all times. I lived in Poinciana community and I don't mind to drive to go to Coin-A-Magic to do my laundry. I am very picky when it comes to washing my clothes. And your place is A+. read more

Very clean! Love coming here most of the time. I honestly think it would be even better if the front Desk lady wasn't staring at me in between flirting with men. She also complained about people using the laundry carts. I thought that was what they are there for. Needless to say I will be back when she is not on shift. read more

What can improve is the attitude in this place first time here and we loved the atmosphere and it's very clean but front desk staff was not polite at all read more

New to the area and needed a last-minute laundry spot at night since our machine wasn't working. Luckily, we made it just in time for the last 9 PM wash. The staff does a great job keeping the place clean and well-maintained. The machines are easy to use, and the best part--you can pay with cash, card, or Apple Pay. We met a new fellow named Peanut! read more

This business is very very clean, very organized, helpful and extremely welcoming. It is a great experience when you have to come do your laundry but be able to come to a place where you feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful. I will continue to come here every week! Robin read more

This laundromat accepts CC, ApplePay, and GooglePay. Last cycle at 9PM. Closes at 10PM. Beautiful laundromat with character. The decor is something I really appreciate and makes the experience less sterile and something special ! Check it out! Washes are $ 3.25 for 30 min and they sell detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets for $2.50/ea if you didn't get a chance to shop at Dollar Tree before you stopped in. I needed to wash a bulky bed cover and wasn't sure what would work. The staff were so nice to me, helping me make the right choices. It's clean, lots of machines, takes cards or coins. And of course has really large machines! read more

"Coin-A-Magic" is the best overall laundromat I have visited in the USA & I have visited 50+ in my travels. The atmosphere is so comfortable. A live Amazon parrot named "Peanut" is an in-store mascot. Laundry-themed antiques kept me mesmerized. Washing machines are clean & operational. Machines accept coins, charge cards or "discounted" pre-paid laundromat cards. I know of no other laundromat in the USA that has a hands-free automatic entry door. A sink is available for use, free wi-fi is available, as well as FREE tasty-riffic coffee. Do-it-yourself or use their convenient drop-off laundry service available. Convenient off-street parking. "Coin-A-Magic" is a "Run-A-Way Bill" Favorite award winning location. "Run-A-Way Bill" was here! 11.09.19 read more

What an excellent family run business!!! We drive 15 miles (from Int'l Dr) to this place to do our laundry. Owners are excellent and very helpful. Facilities are great and very well maintained. Ample parking spots, up & running washers & dryers, chairs for waiting while washing. You can use front desk shop for detergent, laundry bags, softener, etc. Both cash and cards are accepted. There's a dispenser to change notes to coin. Their waiting chairs, floors and washrooms are impeccably clean. Happy to come back! read more

I found this place out of an unusual situation. We are vacationing in Kissimmee FL. We were scheduled to checkout of our resort on Sunday but I had to take my wife to the hospital at 2 am that morning. She underwent emergency surgery at 10 that same day. I could not get the resort to let me stay even in different room. I finally found a cheap but very clean room at a budget motel. As they do not have laundry facilities on site I have to find a laundromat. This about a mile from where I am staying. I have to say this is one if not the best laundromat have seen in my seventy two years of life. It is very clean and very well maintained. The washers and dryers accept credit cards and if you don't have time to do your laundry yourself you can drop it off and they will wash, dry and fold it for you. I would highly recommend this laundromat to any one that happens to be or live in this area. read more

Love this place, and the workers. I have used this bright and sunny laundromat since 2013 (9 years) and would never go anywhere else. The interior design is wild. It has vintage decorative items, like real stuffed standing alligator wearing a hat and vintage laundry equipment on display. The attendant, Pat, has been there all these years and he keeps the place very clean and the machines humming. He is very nice, helpful and hardworking. You have many size washers, including the super jumbo ones that hold 8 loads or more, and 2 sizes of GAS dryers that dry clothes fast. The huge colorful parrot screeches occasionally, but TVs are on low volume and it is generally a peaceful place. It's open 7 days a week. Best place to do laundry. read more

So your life is terrible. Due to a series of bad decisions and alcohol related incidents you are at the lower end of the socio-economic scale. In between the crushing weight of poverty, and the stress from ex's, court dates and child support, there's another tiny sliver of your miserable existence: going to the laundromat. Usually they are filthy, nasty and filled with screaming kids, broken machines, and the horrible stench of mold and failure. But not here. Not at the all-American glory that is Coin-A-Magic. It is, as Ernest Hemingway once wrote: "A clean well-lighted place" to do laundry, which allows even the down-and-out to hold on to the few broken shards of self-respect that they have left. Doing your laundry is almost pleasant here. Can you begin to imagine the gravity of what I just said? There is FREE coffee that actually tastes very good, FREE Danish butter cookies, both of which are quickly replenished when empty. There is an 'EFFING PARROT! All of the machines work and the dryers take credit cards! There is free WiFi and friendly and helpful staff. You are an idiot if you go anywhere else! read more

A laundromat that take credit card and had an exotic bird on premises ..sign me up. Clean place to do laundry which I needed to do for my week long trip to Central Florida. I'm not sure if they had Wifi but they did not have clear signage. Also , there could have been a couple more seats available to sit down but other than that this place seemed to have everything available and the staff was super helpful as well. Added plus is that the machines all took debit/credit cards. read more

Coin-A-Magic is a very customer focused, clean, and professional business. Whenever I had questions or needed help, Priscilla who was on site that day, was very willing to assist. She assisted me with selecting the appropriate size washer and dryer for multiple comforters that I was getting cleaned. She also assisted with how to operate the machines using a credit card. I highly recommend this laundromat for its great customer service, cleanliness, and ease of use machines. If you go in the near future, make sure to let Priscilla know you heard about her on this review read more

Come here to wash your cloth!
