    Exceptional Service at This UPS Store Location…read more This is easily one of the best UPS Store locations to drop off packages. Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly and efficiently, which says a lot about how well the team manages their workflow. One thing I really appreciate is how organized the staff keeps everything. If a customer arrives without their items ready, the team politely asks them to step to the side so they can assist customers who are prepared. It's done respectfully and keeps the line moving smoothly for everyone. Because of that, I always make sure my packages are ready before I get in line. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and professional. Almost every time I visit, I see them helping someone step-by-step with their return, Often guiding customers through the process on their phones for companies like Amazon. They take the time to help without making anyone feel rushed or frustrated. What stands out the most is their positive attitude. Even during busy times, they stay calm, helpful, and focused on making sure every customer is taken care of. Whoever owns or manages this location should be proud of this team. They represent excellent customer service and make what could be a stressful errand quick and easy. This store's staff absolutely deserves recognition. If you value your time this is the location for you. Prices are fair.

First off nobody greeted me at the desk for a few minutes till I made enough noise for the younger guy to look around the wall. He didn't approach me, I had to go to him. But he was having troubles with the copier, so he asked for help. The manager, Leilani(?) wouldn't even acknowledge him till I said something to her. When she approached me, she was in total bitch mode and was very grumpy. "Sorry if I bothered you ma'am", she replied with a grumble of sorts. What happened to customer service?? Isn't that her job? The little guy figured out it was a paper jam and fixed it. Under her breath, she asked him why he called for help then? Smh. NEVER AGAIN, will I go into that store. I'd rather go to Staples than to deal with her and the untrained staff. Maybe the owner needs to put Nick back over there. Just don't go there, you will regret it.

    The store owner practices unfair and ridiculous business practices. Like additionally taping boxes…read moreand charging $2.00 to do so when doing a simple drop off to ensure some sort of revenue. This is not done only for tape, but for computer usage. Based on who you are envelopes will be priced differently etc. It actually is the most insane thing ever, I understand that things cost money but prices will undoubtedly be arbitrarily increased based on mood, on quick estimations and not on any practice of standard. I wish this was one experience but this has happened over the course of a few months. It is literal theft and I hate to see it from a small business owner.

I went to speak to the proprietor about…read morereceiving my refund for shipping charges paid for the FedEx delivery ($89) and the compensation for the value of the package ($60). I brought the credit card statement as proof of the original transaction and the tracking number and package ID. He refused to look at any of my documentation. He refused to engage about the issue... I have confirmed with FedEx that they mailed a check to Mail Post for their portion of these costs. FedEx confirmed that the Mail Post is responsible for recompensing me the full amount of $149 since the check was mailed to the Mail Post. The proprietor, Mohammed, was extremely argumentative and abrasive. He said that he would not be refunding me my money until I removed this negative Yelp review. I tried to explain to him that in addition to fraud, he was now blackmailing me, the consumer. I have every right to post a negative review if it is representative of the services that I have received. He proceeded to spit on the floor and tell us to leave his establishment. He said that he would not talk to us any further. It is unbelievable that this man is refusing to resolve this issue in a professional manner.
