I love this store so much because the staff is always super friendly even the line can sometimes be a little long but that's OK. They are so friendly! Google says they are open until 7 PM but they are actually closing at 6:30 however the guy was so kind to still let me in for a quick Amazon skin. Thank you so much. The store by the new Publix is much friendlier. This store used to be very friendly and helpful. Now you only get short answers. I feel like a burden to them now. This store used to be a model store for customer service. Something has changed. I'll drive to the other location in Celebration whenever possible. They get the job done here, but that's about all. read more

Eric helped me pack and ship a very large wooden chair that weighed 50 pounds. The chair was well packed and turned out pretty huge say 4 feet high. The cost was reasonable and it arrived in 3 days up north in perfect condition. If you need to pack and ship something really big, go see Eric at the UPS store. While I am very lucky to live in an area which has businesses with great service, unfortunately this one isn't. In fact, I loath and procrastinate every time I have to go. I'm not sure where there is confusion, but they can't seem to get my gender right. This is very frustrating as I don't look masculine nor wear androgynous clothing. Even after I've corrected them, they never apologize nor act like they even are aware of what I mean. There is one person in particular who does this. The really frustrating thing, he's seen my identification! There is an F by the gender marker. This is not to say all UPS employees are like this. There are several kind and professional drivers I've interacted with. Even going into that store. So ... I'm not sure what the issue is. read more

I have been going here for some time now and have always found it to be a convenient way to ship things. The staff has been helpful. However, I was surprised when I tried to return an Amazon box and was told that it had to be taped. Since I didn't tape it, the store would only put some tape on the box if I paid 54 cents. Given the number of times that I have shipped packages from this store and the amount of money I have spent there, , this seems completely ridiculous. I have been at the local post office where the post master was more than happy to put a little extra tape on a box. I was very disappointed in this policy. read more

I come stay in this area two months every year, and on occasion have a client overnight a work package. I provided my client the store address and had them put my name on the package he sent from New York. I called the store to advise that I had a package coming the next day and gave them my name. The following morning I stopped in at 9:18 am and was advised FedEx had not dropped off any packages yet. I told the two employees I would check back throughout the day, and again presented my driver's license so they knew my name (I have a unique last name - Blast, so no chance they would forget). I checked back in person two more times during the day, and called the store half an hour before they closed. Each time I was advised the package was not delivered. My client tracked the package and talked to FedEx and was given a very detailed account of the package delivery attempt. ONE HOUR after my first visit at 9:18am, the FedEx driver attempted to deliver the package and the UPS manager rejected it. He knew I was waiting for it, he knew I had been in one hour earlier, and never said a word the other to in store visits nor on my day end call! This is Nonsense (would use a different word if were were less professional)! This store either needs to close down, or post signs/advise customers that they WILL NOT accept packages (for which they charge a fee). This situation has resulted in large penalty and fines to my client for which we will be coming back on the UPS store in Federal Court either in Charlotte or New York. We can document all of our actions and efforts to obtain this delivery, and we have the FedEx drivers notes of their rejected attempt to deliver the package. Please think twice before doing any business with this location. I have had superior service from every other UPS store I have dealt with, but this location seems to play by their own rules. read more

This is a great shop when you need to ship something and need help packing it up and sending it out and don't want to mess with the post office. They have everything you need, shipping supplies, packing materials, greeting cards and they can ship it for you to boot! Plus, you need copies, they can do that too! Looking for a notary, but you don't want to go to the bank to do it? Done! The only down side is parking can be a beast sometimes. But that is the only issue I have ever had. read more

Let's face it, everyone has packages to ship, and sometimes the USPS is not the best option. This UPS is located in the Water Tower Shopping center in Celebration, on the corner right next door to the Pep Boys. They are usually pretty quiet, except for the weekends. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will measure and weigh your package prior to shipping for estimates. They offer lots of supplies that can be purchased to ship you package, but tend to be pretty expensive. For example, I needed a very small piece of tape (free at the Post office), that wound up costing almost a dollar. The boxes are also $1 each and up. If i could rate a ZERO i would, Eric the owner of 52 Riley Rd.Kissimmee Florida . He rips off his customers and doesn't care about you as a customer especially being a repeat like myself for years. Stood in the store and argued with me as to so much embarrassing me in front of Ryan (polite sales clerk only nice thing there) ...insisting i did not call the previous day for my 3 boxes.. I had 3 boxes delivered and called everyday & he admitted that i call all the time & a repeat customer where he knew me..but wouldn't budge on charging me $26 for a pick up that should have been $15.00. So there you go Eric as promised i did you a review and you lost a customer for $10.00... don't get rid of Ryan he is the only pleasant person in your store that you so loudly advertised to me in front of everyone that YOU own the store.. wow terrible customer service he only wants your money ..Go elsewhere!! I can not say enough good things about this location. The staff are uniformly helpful, and work to learn the names of frequent visitors like myself. I rent a mailbox here primarily for secure acceptance and delivery of packages, and I love that they'll often go grab a package for me when they see me walking up. This summer, I had a package sent to my box here via USPS, and though their website said it had been delivered, it never arrived. The team here went out of their way to research, double check every nook and cranny in the back, and talk to the USPS delivery person, but the postal service swore it had been delivered and that this team had lost it. The USPS "customer service" team said basically the same thing. And yet, a month later: voila, the USPS driver found it and dropped it off. The extra service the team at this UPS Store provided reinforced my loyalty to them. read more

Would not recommend this location for notary services. UPS dictates what they can and can't notarize. I drove over here with my 8 month in tow and was advised that they could not help me being that UPS tells them what they can and can't notarize. read more

I needed to return a malfunctioned Macbook charger to Amazon & was charged 54 cents by the not quite rude but totally jaded owner. My brother-in-law owns a UPS store in Fayetteville, NC & I understand that owning a UPS store is relatively unprofitable outside of printing services but charging for tape is really desperate. read more
