Situated at a crossroads of sorts in the conference portion of this hotel. It is located at the top of the escalators, right inside of the one entrance from the outside, and pretty far from the elevators. Not the elevators that access the hotel portion, but the elevators that access the lower level of the conference portion. Those are down a hall, around a corner, and if you walk by way too fast, would overlook them. If you happen to come here for a conference, you will have to ship your items. When you ship your items, they will be received here, regardless if you wanted them delivered here or not. With that, keep in mind that you will be charged, by poundage, for your packages. That can turn into a hefty bill if you are sending many packages. When you arrive and pay to get the packages that you already paid to be shipped here, they will deliver them to you in whatever conference room you may be in. It may take some time, but they will show up. However, when it comes to shipping the items back out, that's where it becomes a bit more self-service. When it was time, after I packaged everything up to ship back, I went upstairs to see how they do it. I thought they might have had a cart to do so for multiple packages. But I was told they do not lend out carts. Understandable, they could disappear in such a large hotel, but they kind of corner you here. What I mean by that is that they are forcing you to use the bellhop service, which is also a fee to move a simple package. I was lucky this day, the bellhop buy had called off, so I was able to snatch a cart. Then I had to make the long walk to the elevator in the conference area. Then back to the event space room, back to the elevator, and repeat. Finally making it back to here to deliver my packages so they can be delivered back to me. The charge to send back five packages was more than it should have been, in my mind. Especially since it was nearly double the fee to pick seven up when I got here. Staff here were very pleasant. They were very helpful and prompt. Although a little stand offish when it came to the cart thing. Instead of informing me of what I could do, they just asserted that there were no carts. I will say, they projected delivery date was spot on. I had barely settled back into home and they were delivered.

It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.
