I've been twice since moving to the area and both times they have been fantastic! Everyone that I've met has been very nice and helpful!

Their customer service is NOT helping, and their responses are completely self-contradictory…read more In their first response, they said that this store is an independent business and is not part of the DoubleTree hotel, even though the store is located inside the hotel. When I asked the hotel front desk, "Can we ship packages here?", I was never told that there would be a receiving fee. I also specifically asked how the $65 receiving fee was calculated, especially when the two packages I received were worth only about $20 in total. Who would knowingly ship a $20 package to a business if they knew they would be charged $65 just to receive it? Then, in their latest response, they suddenly quoted the hotel's website as proof that there would be a fee. This makes absolutely no sense. First, you said you are an independent business that is not part of the hotel. Then, when defending the fee, you referred to the hotel's website? They were trying to shift the blame onto the hotel. And I do check with the hotel after they charged me, hotel confirm that they didn't know they charged receiving fees. If the business is independent, why should the hotel's website be used to justify your charges? And more importantly, why was I not clearly informed about this fee BEFORE I shipped the packages? it's the lack of transparency and the contradictory explanations from customer service. I expected a reasonable explanation, but instead I received conflicting answers and still have no clear explanation for why I was charged $65 to receive approximately $20 worth of packages.
