If I could give NO STARS I would. Third attempt to deliver an undamaged refrigerator and I have no idea when they are going to show up today. Delivery window is way past due and when you call, you get someone halfway around the world that just keeps apologizing and cannot give a straight answer. One hour ago they were 1 stop away and now, they are 2 stops away. Told the drivers must not have turned on their tracking so nobody knows where they are and so another day wasted for my LG delivery. Good thing I have a rep at LG because I emailed the LG president about this god awful service. Just told "someone will reach out to me when they know where these drivers are". They removed the old range, installed my new range, and cleaned up all the packing materials. They even found some dents that I probably wouldn't have noticed . They don't deliver "after 5p or on weekends". I had 1.5 hour drive to get home to receive the delivery. An object heavier and larger than i can lift/transport by myself. I scheduled my delivery for the last stop on a Friday after 4pm. I got a delivery window of 3p -7pm early in the day - 1- I thought they didn't deliver after 5p 2- I CAN'T be there before 4pm! I contacted them, they made the notifications. then I got a delivery window of 2:19 to 4:19. I contacted them again, again "they made the proper notifications'. Then I got a call from the delivery driver "we're here" at 3:45 pm. I told them i was on my way and would be there in approx 20 minutes. In 15 min at 4pm I got a "sorry we missed you message". Customer service gave me lip service and I left work 1.5 hr early for frustration and disappointment. I have cancelled my order and will never agree to delivery from them again. read more

The communication about the delivery could have been better. But the guys that delivered the washer and dryer, their installation of them was great! I thought the online delivery communications and updates with RXO were excellent and as promised the driver called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The whole transaction went very fast. I cannot give this service five stars because the two young delivery men were unfriendly and never spoke to us. They spoke to each other but barely acknowledged us even when I had a question.
