I drive across town to go to Tradeport Post Office. I checked online and hours said as of April 2026, it closes at 9:00 pm. I wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. The rude two employees wouldn't even answer a question. The girl was using her arm flailing as saying go away. The man employee laughed!! She would talk over me when I tried to ask if the mail will be postmarked today. That's why I drove across town! I was there at 8:15 and they were closed with sign on door saying 8:00 but I looked online for hours and it said 9:00. The lady was very rude and could not answer one question. I hope US Post Office Managers talk to those employees. read more

The employees in Consumer Affairs are deplorable. One simple letter of mine has gone back & forth to a completely different state for TWO MONTHS and no one knows what to do! I can't even go to pick up the letter myself because 'it's not allowed'. I'm helpless and unfortunately have to depend on them to help solve the problem. Unfortunately though, I am at the mercy of people who snap at me for simply asking if there's a solution, but then point the finger and act as if I'm the rude one? Just say you can't do your job and I'd genuinely understand. They lack empathy and understanding. Dodging calls purposefully and acting completely entitled & ignorant. This letter is so important to me and they truly lack the human decency to understand that. Which fine, I'm sure you don't get paid enough to care, but at least act like it for the sake of being a good person (which i'm starting to think they don't know what that is...). Also, if the person working on your case is named 'Miracle', then good luck cause she's anything but. Also Kathy, her minion, you are exceptionally rude, you honestly deserve a reward. We had an appointment to get our daughter's passport renewed. We showed up at 10:30am, appt was at 10:45am. Felix helped us, took our daughter's picture and got everything submitted and processed quickly. I have been trying to get her passport renewed for over a month and dealt with other post offices which has been a nightmare, but I would recommend Felix and this post office to anyone and everyone!! This is pretty much your run of the mill UPS store. There is usually a line and that line moves at a glacial pace. The system of having you fill out a form so they can The for and proceed to type in the info. Now, I get it...the form is to make sure you have he correct info on the label, but goodness gracious, either there system corporately is so convoluted that it's near impossible to operate at a normal pace or... I have the worst luck in the world. As far as the staff goes, everyone has always been very nice. When I come in to drop off my Amazon returns that are prepaid with their label affixed to the box ready to go easy for me to drop them off. Everyone says hello no problem and have a nice day. I will head over to interject again that when I've had to actually ship something from there it took and enormous amount of time. If I have to actually have something packaged and shipped, then I would stop by the store. Prices are high, but it's for convenience. It's nothing against the store... They try hard. I looked around and could not find one on the shelves, so I waited in line. Surely they have a stock in the back somewhere! I've seen how big the sorting warehouse is, they have to have one SOMEWHERE. I got to the counter and Marilyn P was very helpful. She didn't find my specific envelope, but she helped me find something similar and I just offered to pay the difference. This location brings back memories as I used to frequent it when I lived on the Navy Annex. I used to buy stamps and drop off letters to my pen pals. A pretty average post office with the standard lines that one expects when trying to ship a package. The staff is really hit or miss. We've had some very friendly people and some not so friendly people, but honestly I'm not there to make new friends - just to get packages shipped. :) There is a decent amount of parking and they move lines okay. The main issue I have with this one is a lack of automated machines. If you want to ship something outside of the office hours, you'll have to have it already marked and posted, otherwise you'll have to come back and buy it from the staff. They don't have the 24 hour machine that allows you to self-print stamps. Overall: B If you arrive during store hours and don't mind a slight wait, this place is just fine. If you want to buy your own postage and ship anytime of the day - you'll need to find another location with a machine. read more

This post office is convenient for me however, some of the personnel have poor customer service skills, particularly Bertie, who was at the counter with a very bad attitude towards me and other customers. She was not friendly and acted if we were doing her a favor by coming there. I asked for some tape she told me I would have to buy a roll, I said I was just putting some over the address. She later used some scotch tape slapped it on the package and threw it in the basket. I asked for the package back to check it because of the way she did it, all with attitude. I own a business and this is my regular post office. The two ladies I always get (one is an older stocky blonde/gray white lady and the other is a black lady w glasses) are not friendly and always mess up what I need. The white lady just gives me a hard time about anything and then her manager overrides her. It's like she knows this employee is impossible. Today, the black lady w glasses totally disregarded what I asked for THREE TIMES. She talked over me and I left w the wrong stamps. If I say I need the .70 denomination stamps (usually w a blue butterfly) you give me those. She gave me the wrong stamps because she didn't listen. Again, I mentioned three times I needed the 70 cent stamps. She rang up a $4 order of extra ounce stamps. And then didn't know what to do or how to return them. This post office is located on Tradeport alongside the Orlando International Airport. It must be its close proximity to the airport that makes this location so speedy. I prefer to use this post office when possible because my letters and packages arrive so much faster. I can drop off a letter in the afternoon and the next day it is at its destination. The employees are rather helpful and friendly too. The only downfall is that the line can get long sometimes. But you can easily avoid this if you go on off-peak times. read more

I think everyone at this post office is drinking some type of happy juice... the employees are soooo nice here! I frequent a lot of post offices for my business (but usually stick to the ones off Turkey Lake and in Windermere). However, I do go to the one by the airport if I need something sent out late, because these guys are open until 11pm! If I send out from this location, my packages arrive super quickly! No matter what time I am here, 10pm at night or 10am in the morning, these employees are so nice and helpful, it makes me want to drive here for all my packages! The plus of going to the post office by the airport? There is hardly ever a line. Oh, and they have automatic doors, so if you are carrying packages, no more awkward leaning into doors backwards like a fool. read more

Utter useless parcel was suppose to be delivered on a Friday they the delayed it until the Monday and Tuesdays it's still not been delivered

I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE unless necessary! Today I was waiting in line to have a package scanned when surprisingly the USPS Supervisor was refusing to scan customers with more that 5 packages and also not provide them with a receipt. The Lobby was full of many upset customers when the Supervisor began to yell at the customers in the Lobby for us not to tell her how to do her job and that we don't pay her check. She started to attack eBay and Amazon customers, angrily saying that they receive discounts and the other customers there don't. Then telling customers that she is closing her registers at 9:15pm regardless if there are customers in the Lobby. I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, AND NOT WANTED THERE. It was like watching a little girl having a temper tantrum. I'm 100% sure that everyone there feels either the same or worst than I do. The Supervisor was not wearing her name tag but said her name was Sonia. Sonia needs to be FIRED!!!! because she has poor customer service and obviously does not care about the customers there. You don't treat customers like that, period! Thank GOD!!! I don't have to deal with her since I only went to that location because they stay open later than my neighborhood USPS however I FEEL SORRY FOR THE REGULARS THERE. This used to be the best post office in Orlando. For 2014 the hours have been shortened from 8am-11pm to 9:30am-8:30pm. Some of the quicker personnel behind the counter have had their hours cut and have been replaced with incompetent or sluggish workers. I sell a various amount of products online with my wife and have noticed this is where most business shippers ( eBay, Amazon, retail shippers ) end up going to have their packages dispatched 1-2 days sooner for quicker shipping times. If you show up at their original opening time you will regularly see 6-10 cars in the parking lot waiting, some having to reload their packages into their vehicles after becoming aware of the ridiculous new hours. If anyone from the post office is reading this, THIS IS A HUB!! Keep the hours wide open and reduce the hours at lower traffic facilities. This goes to prove some of the inefficiencies in government entities. Bring back longer hours and get rid of the slow slugs! read more

Called and called and called....quit after 40 minutes (3x's)....lose mail all the time...this is my third episode where they said they delivered but guess what, not in my box...they are no help at all...if you have an option don't use USPS and DHL for that matter...there the ones that pawned it off on the USPS. I have been going to this post office and NEVER saw so much commotion in there....Two of the women there had load big mouths...A young man walked out with a little puppy about 1 lb. so upset because a woman (have name colored, glasses and pony tail.. at furthest station down yelled above several people in there NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN HERE" should just have approached the young man and told him...I was just to walk in and met up with 2 ladies talking how load and rude she was , also one gentleman joined their conversation commenting how rude she was ! Called her a real loud B-----! To top it off I walked in with my service dog, and a different woman at first station , glasses, curly 2 tone hair , literally really loud yelled at me , above helping 2 elder people, NO DOGS IN HERE...never approached and ask or looked if mine had his tag on. I am so sorry I did not embarrass her, since she had about 15 people in there stare at me!. Next time I will ask her if she wants to be seen and heard to stand on the counter, sure the first loud mouth started this behavior in this place, but no excuse, this one was so rude... these women do not belong in our PO...I live near and use this PO all the time...We were there between 4:25 and 5 pm...5/30/17... ! They need to be disciplined big time. Read some comments prior to writing this and read how rude some there are... this is a first for me and it was crowded which made it a lot worse...We help pay these big mouths and they do not need to be so rude and embarrass we customers...Really upset the young man with the little baby puppy, I respect NO Animals, but he did not know and needed to get a letter out .
