The store is very organized and clean; it's also a super convenient spot to drop off Amazon returns. Unfortunately the staff isn't always the friendliest and any problems that have arose haven't been handled in the kindest or most expected manner. I have had the displeasure of having to go to this UPS store on multiple occasions. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Adam is the worst, stands in the back when the place is busy doing nothing while the girl working does all of the work, and while people wait in cue. Other than the girl that works there, they clearly dont care about the customers or there job, and he is rude, slow, and doesnt speak to customers, and seems to care less about the service he is supposed to be providing, and looks like he should be in bed. On my last trip, went to the store, I got there a couple of minutes before closing. He had the door locked, with several people still inside in cue, when I knocked they told me they were closed despite it being before 7p. Couldnt be bothered to do one extra UPS envelope. Seriously, no managment at all in this location. If you can, go elsewhere. Check out the other reviews, same type of issues. read more

This is my UPS Togo place. It is close and always nice and clean. However I had a really bad experience with this store. They cover USPS service but with A LOT surcharge. USPS charge $30 for priority express but here they charge $66 and they cannot guarantee the delivery. I mailed out on Tuesday morning around 9am and package still have not been delivered. Priority express supposed to be delivered within 1-2days. $66 for nothing. And they don't tell you the how much service fee they charge you upfront. Called them and asking for a refund and was told there is nothing they could do but to escalate whatever. It is guaranteed service with usps but I paid to UPS. And UPS saying it is not guaranteed with them. People is willing to pay $66 for a domestic flat mail is because it is urgent！！！ UPS is not transparent with their pricing policy to the customer and their services sucks. I am not happy with this result and will continue to fight as long as it is needed to get this sorted out. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to send a box of covid supplies to my parents in Puerto Rico and was told that the shipping would be $83 for a 7lbs 15x10x9 box. I asked the clerk if that was express or ups. She said priority usps. I asked for parcel post (cheapest option) and she said that would also be like $80. She told me that's the price because of the size of the box and because it's to Puerto Rico. I called BS. Walked away. Decided to check on usps.com and that same box would be $27.45 3 day priority. Total price gouging by this store. They totally lost a customer today and my wife has been mailing from there for years. Worst part is no actual Post office in the Lake Nona area so we are stuck. I didn't realized this as I got the receipt only the next day! Opportunistic dishonest people who have no qualms about cheating you. I was overcharged for a Priority Expressenvelope that was not shipped on time. The Regional Manager (Gypro?) and store manager were not helpful and even threw the receipt I showed them into the trash. I am filing a complaint with the Postal Inspection Service since the data entered to determine what to charge me was incorrect, and the managers refused to even examine the details. I went to another location and shipped the same envelope for one third of the price. This store has incredible personnel turnover and customer service is nonexistent. Note the many negative reviews. The pattern is consistent, and the response from the store shows it. I sent a FLAT RATE envelope holding 2 pieces of paper. Instead of a flat rate, I was charged $107.72 for a "4 lb 3.8 oz actual weight shipment." I am 72 years old and was treated with no respect. The store and regional managers refused to explain why a flat rate envelope was charged as a nearly five pound item. They told me I was charged the correct amount, and they threw away the proof of shipment I needed for my claim until I demanded to have it back. Throwing away proof of shipment is "muscle memory"? If managers act like this and then justify it in a YELP response, isn't the depth of problem at this location quite obvious? I am asking the UPS corporate office to carefully examine this franchise. By the way, I shipped the item at another location for $37.00. read more

Poor packaging! Had framed photos shipped and they arrived in 2 separate boxes. First box damaged on all sides. Inside the box, only 1 packing pillow was used allowing contents to shift and resulted in broken glass. Minimal bubble wrap used. Second box was in pristine shape, but very little packaging material was used. A collectible, porcelain, music box (worth $75-$100) arrived with broken lid due to poor wrapping. Only used thin, soft foam and no bubble wrap. Placed in bottom corner of box with heavy, framed photos. Husband asked if price quoted included packaging material and was told "yes". Closing an estate and will be shipping many more items. Will definitely not be using this facility. Someone needs to be instructed on proper packaging. read more

This store always has system network issues. Out of 5 times I've been there 3 always without system to process my Amazon or eBay return orders. They don'tbeven have the courtesy to post a sign saying SYSTEM DOWN so we the customers don't waste our time in line. Lack of leadership lack of proper management. They should close it down. I visited this store on Tuesday to get a few paper notarized due to a closing I have coming up in NYC, the gentleman who assisted me signed all the papers and only notarized the last page (each page cost me $10 totaling $90 dollars . I took for granted as a notary republic he was aware of what he was doing, and all was well and proceeded to sent the documents to NYC that cost me $30 dollars. The total expenses was not $120 dollars. I was very surprised when I received a call for the attorneys stating that the notary did not stamped his signature and I needed to have him do this immediately so I proceeded to the UPS store in loss park where the transaction was initially done and explained to him that he did not stamped his authorize signature and the attorneys signatures on the paper is not valid unless stamped. He acknowledged his mistake and assisted me in having them redone at no cost however he cannot refund the shipping cost . I asked to speak with the manager her name was ASHLEY so I explained to her this was not my fault and it's her employee who made the mistake and I want to pay the difference to have it shipped overnight and she said NO! She was so rude and nasty to me as a customer she bluntly said you can take your business elsewhere and the package was delivered, I explained to her her employee messed up the paperwork and yes the package was delivered however it's no fault of mine and will like to just pay the difference or resend it and she rudely again said no. I am a manager for US largest airlines and station her in Orlando and if ever I heard any employee speak to a customer the way she did to me It will surely be addressed. It's very clear ASHLEY needs some addition training in customer service and I know it's hard to make decisions sometimes but that's key factors that makes you a leader and showing empathy something ASHELY clearly does not possess. I have taken many returns to this UPS Store and had no issues. However, today I had a horrible experience. I was returning two items, one which company's instructions said that I didn't have to package the item but just tell the UPS store to use the company's corporate account. Ashley had an attitude from the get go. When she told me I would have to purchase package I let her know what the company's instructions were. She replied with "We don't do that at this store." and continued to tell me I needed to purchase packaging. I asked her to look up the company's corporate account, which she finally did and then stopped telling me to buy packaging. I guess the corporate account has a different return address then the one printed on shipping label the company provided me. She pointed this discrepancy out and asked which address I wanted it shipped to. I told her I didn't know which address it should go to as I was just following directions the company provided. When she kept pressing me for which address to use I repeated the instructions from the company and said that since she is UPS Store I would expect she would know which one it should go to, what the process is for the return when using a company's corporate account. I told her I've returned many things to this store and wasn't trying to be difficult, which Ashley quickly replied with "but you are." At that point I told her to ship it to the address which comes up with the corporate account and I would call the company when they open and let them know. I also requested to wait for the other gentlemen (Orlando) to help me with my other return. Orlando was AMAZING!!!! He was quick, knowledgeable, not rude and provided a great explanation as to why there was a different address for the corporate account. There is another UPS Store just down the road and as long as this store has rude staff or attitude like Ashley I will drive further to use the other store. read more

Lake Nona does not have a US Post Office close by. So you have limited options when you want to ship a package. I used this UPS Store to ship a package on a Saturday afternoon via USPS. I paid $100 to send a box that would arrive in Chicago by Monday afternoon. When I checked the tracking number at noon on Monday and found out the package hadn't even been picked up at the store yet, I was understandably upset. When I called the store, the staff was helpful enough, but the response was that I should have shipped it at twice the cost via UPS to guarantee the delivery. Next time I'll just drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the actual post office and save the extra money too. read more

Check all your tracking numbers. Sent a 2nd day package to my grandson he never received it. Tracking stated damaged/lost. No one get a hold of you and you can't get a hold of anyone. Called UPS corporate told to go to the store. Went to the store was given an 800 number to start a claim. Called the number they told me that the investigation was complete go to the store for a payout. Went to the store again was asked to wait for the mgr coming back from a meeting approximately 20 min never showed up so I left a message. The message supposedly was never received by her "Janette". Called this am first time held for 10 minutes someone picked up disconnected. Called back waited over 20 minutes to be told that she needs to call corporate and open a claim. Would give zero stars if I could. Third time I come in and each time it's been a mess. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Went in to drop off something with a prepaid label. I knew I needed to buy an envelope, that's fine. When I didn't find the size I needed and asked, the cashier started calling other employees and saying "she can't ship that in that bag, right?" I had taken it in a publix bag to buy an envelope- obviously I didn't Intend to do that. Fast forward to me trying to pay with a debit card and their internet going down. Then, when I asked for my item back so I could leave they said no bc I needed to pay for the envelope...UM! It's not my fault the system is down, take the loss and give me my thing back. Anyway, made me go to 7-Eleven to get cash back. Never again- going to the UPS by the Chili's from now on, and recommend you do the same. read more

They want to charge me for a roll of tape to tape up a box. They are the worst. Who runs a business like this to make your potential customers mad. I already had a preprinted label. All they had to do was run 1 strip of tape to seal the box. Crappy customer service. So instead of ups I go to Goin Postal on Narccoossee instead. This store it well kept. That's about it. The UPS store is based off of customer service, which unfortunately they are lacking. The whole time I was in there they only said two things: "do you have a cover letter?" And "your total is "$8.00 for those two sheets." Let's be real here... This place is a total ripoff, walked in with a return that already had a label but happened to be in a FedEx box. The first scam I was told is that I can not ship UPS with a FedEx box and I'd have to buy a new box, after contacting UPS directly I learned this was a lie. On top of that had I purchased a new box instead of just reprinting the label I had from there system, they were going to change me to use there computer and printer to reprint. Had this place had any consideration for its customers both those things could of been accommodated by the store, they should be embarrassed how they treat people. read more

Always in and out in minutes! The few times I've come in, I've always had great and cheerful employees. Through slow and fast times I have seen the employees be patient even with unreasonable customers. Honestly I'm not expecting much from UPS since they always seem to misplace my partner's packages when out on delivery, but this store at least has some phenomenal employees that are actually organized, competent, and nice. This store is the worst. I sent a package at 10:30 AM on a Thursday for overnight and they failed scan it until 6pm so it took 5 days to arrive at my destination. Obviously making the package late and causing a lot of issues because she didn't do her JOB! No one at this location cares about good customer service, providing the correct service or even doing their jobs correctly. Worst experience ever, I had to make a shipment and was helped by a female she was very kind and helpful but the other workers in the store were all in the back laughing very loud, i could not hear what she was telling me. she basically had to yell for me to hear her. there were other customers in line but no one helped them. They were of no help in very simple matter of printing a label from ups. When I tried to use their system it was not functional and the counter attendant only offered for me to wait. If you cannot successfully run the store then you should not be left alone. Ups should know to only leave qualified employees in charge of a store.
